    Man City 1-0 Ipswich

Lily Murphy has switched to the right and shows her speed again, racing past Ipswich's Maisy Barker and getting a ball into the box.

It's half cleared by the visitors but City come forward again and Chloe Kelly, now out on the left, gets to the byline and wins a corner.

  3. Postpublished at 13:30 Greenwich Mean Time 12 January

    Fulham 0-5 London City Lionesses

Fulham came into this game with a 16-game unbeaten run across all competitions but they just haven't been able to lay a glove on the side from three divisions above them.

  4. Postpublished at 13:28 Greenwich Mean Time 12 January

    Man City 1-0 Ipswich

We've got a break in play as Ipswich goalkeeper Natalia Negri goes down and looks in a bit of pain.

The players of both sides swiftly move over to the touchline for a drink and to get some instructions from the managers.

We see this quite often as a tactic to allow the coaching staff to speak to their players but Negri did genuinely look to be struggling there - that said, she is going to be OK to continue so who knows?

  5. 'Beautiful assist by Asllani'published at 13:28 Greenwich Mean Time 12 January

    Fulham 0-5 London City Lionesses

    Gilly Flaherty
Former Arsenal and England defender on BBC iPlayer

That was very clever play from Kosovare Asllani. It's a beautiful backheel to set Issy Goodwin up.

Goodwin shows strength to hold off the defender and calmly pass it into the back of the net.

  6. Postpublished at 13:27 Greenwich Mean Time 12 January

    Fulham 0-5 London City Lionesses

I'm not sure Amber Webber had touched the ball in the Fulham goal since coming off the bench so her first act in the game is pick the ball out of the back of her net.

    Ouch.

    Issy Goodwin

    Lovely goal.

A pass is fired into Kosovare Asllani and she delightfully flicks through the home defence and through for Issy Goodwin.

The Championship's top goalscorer holds off the defender and slots into the bottom corner.

  8. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 13:23 Greenwich Mean Time 12 January

    Fulham 0-4 London City Lionesses

Frankie Gibbs is going to have to come off. She looks really emotional as she leaves the pitch. She's replaced by Amber Webber.

It's part of a triple change by Fulham with Madi Parsonson and Betty Barron-Clark replaced by Georgia Heasman and Lily Stevens.

  9. 'Asllani puts penalty away calmly'published at 13:22 Greenwich Mean Time 12 January

It's hard for Kosovare Asllani after that break in play.

You have to focus and put the ball in the back of the net which she does so calmly.

GOAL - Man City 1-0 Ipswichpublished at 13:20 Greenwich Mean Time 12 January

    Jill Roord (20 mins)

The WSL side take the lead through a crisp low strike from Jill Roord.

For the first time in the match there is a bit of space for Manchester City to attack into as Ipswich commit players forward for a counter-attack that is quickly shut down.

Roord collects the ball and strides to the edge of the box before hitting the ball low into the bottom corner.

Ipswich keeper Natalia Negri might think she could have done better after getting a hand to it.

    Fulham 0-3 London City Lionesses

    Gilly Flaherty
Former Arsenal and England defender on BBC iPlayer

In my experience I've been clattered in the head many times and you want to play on but you have to listen to the physios.

    A player's health is a priority.

  13. Postpublished at 13:20 Greenwich Mean Time 12 January

After attention from both medical teams, Frankie Gibbs is going to continue in goal for Fulham. At least for the time being.

    Man City 0-0 Ipswich

The game is being played almost exclusively in the Ipswich half but you can see why the visitors have such an impressive defensive record.

Manchester City have struggled to create and space is at a premium.

On the rare occasions when a home player has found a bit of space in and around the Ipswich penalty area, they have quickly found themselves surrounded by burgundy shirts.

Frankie Gibbs is awake and talking so that's a positive sign. Her head is currently being held up by a member of the medical team.

  18. PENALTYpublished at 13:15 Greenwich Mean Time 12 January

London City get a penalty as Frankie Gibbs clatters into Kosovare Asllani as they both look to pick up a through ball.

Gibbs looks in serious pain after the collision and medical teams rush on to attend to her.

  19. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 13:13 Greenwich Mean Time 12 January

    Man City 0-0 Ipswich

Another Manchester City corner and this time Mary Fowler puts it into the box.

As close as either side have come so far.

    Fulham make the first change.
