Elisabeth Terland was all on her own then waiting for the ball to drop.

She had so much time to decide where to put the ball.

In the end, she went for the bottom corner and it was too much for Janina Leitzig.

This is damage limitation for the visitors already.

Lynn Wilms catches one perfectly as she looks to break the deadlock. Madison Haley almost reluctantly gets in the way and the ball thunders off the back of her head.

She's realised where she is again and is fine to carry on though.

What an impact Ornella Vignola has had. There's not been a lot of attacking moments for Everton but she's capitalised now.

We talked about her threat at the start and hasn't she lived up to that.

It came out of nowhere and she had it all to do. What a finish.

    What now for Leicester?

You're 2-0 down after 25 minutes and you're offering next to nothing in attack.

    Tough start.

That was such a devastating break for Everton.

Ceri Holland was the last one back there from Liverpool's set-piece and she's beaten far too easily.

It's the best start to Ornella Vignola's Everton career and the fans in the corner are already singing her name.

    Elisabeth Terland (24 mins)

It's not looking great for Leicester right now.

Jayde Riviere sends a tempting ball into this box and Elisabeth Terland sets herself before planting a header into the bottom corner.

    All too easy for United.

    Ornella Vignola (24 mins)

    We're all square!

Ornella Vignola announces herself on her Everton debut by leading a counter up field from a Liverpool corner, turning Lily Woodham inside out on the corner of the box and curling a quite fantastic effort into the far corner of the net.

    Sublime.

Leicester are really struggling to make this competitive so far. They got an xG of 0 and have only had 39% of the ball.

But, they're still in this one as long as it stays 1-0.

Gareth Taylor has been in his seat in the stands at Anfield, like he always has done. He prefers the view, where he can see the entire pitch and provide better analysis.

He jogged down from his seat during that break in play to relay some messages and is back with his assistant Amber Whiteley.

Ella Toone had already given a warning about the treat she posed if Leicester didn't pay close attention to her but they didn't learn their lesson.

The visitors are not alert enough at the moment and Toone had too much time to drive her shot towards the bottom corner.

Marc Skinner suggested in the build up his side may benefit from additional match sharpness after playing two important European games already.

That, and United's extra class, is shaping up to make this a very long afternoon for Leicester.
