    Turnaround complete for the Toffees!

Skipper Katja Snoeijis rises highest to meet a deep cross from the left and thunders a header past Faye Kirby to put the visitors ahead.

The Dutchwoman just loves a Merseyside derby goal doesn't she? That's the third successive one she's netted in now and what a time to get it.

    Simon Stone
BBC Sport Chief Football News Reporter at Leigh Sports Village

It has turned into a pretty foul day weather wise in Leigh, with slate grey skies and heavy rain.

It matches the mood of the Leicester camp I think.

Manchester United are superior in every department here and could easily be four or five ahead if they had got their final ball right.

The only danger to the hosts on this evidence is if they lose concentration and gift Leicester a goal.

    Tottenham 0-0 West Ham

Spurs waste a big chance to take the lead as Olivia Holdt's cross is met by a wild sliced finish from Jess Naz just shy of the penalty spot.

She'd expect to do better with those sort of chances the England international.

    Man Utd 2-0 Leicester

Leicester are really not troubling the United defence. I know it's early but it's hard to see how the Foxes maintain their WSL status this time around.

Still, an awful lot of football is to be played.

  14. CLOSE!published at 12:43 British Summer Time 7 September

    Tottenham 0-0 West Ham

West Ham's have their first corner of the match and it causes complete havoc in the Tottenham box.

First Viviane Asseyi's delivery almost drifts straight into the back of the net, only prevented by a last-ditch intervention from Lize Kop.

Then Verena Hanshaw winds up a volley on the rebound but she's charged down by three or four Spurs defenders.
