    Seconds after Rangers' first real attack, the left-footed slot from one of the few bright sparks this season hauls Rangers back into this one.

    After a wee VAR check, the goal is good.

    Sam Dalby gets in a good position in the box but flicks his header over the bar after a good cross. That was a chance for the United striker, considering his aerial ability.

    Dan Casey's bullet header has Motherwell in front at the break, and they are well worth their lead.

    Dundee are all over the place at set-pieces and that's where the hosts are most threatening.

    Yet another incredible save from Jordan Amissah to see out the half.

    St Johnstone really should be scoring though.

    The ball in from Jonathan Svedberg is inch-perfect and Sam Curtis; diving header is saved by the County keeper.

    Two of the longest throws in the top flight are on display here, with that particular football 'art' seemingly back in vogue. Ross Graham of Dundee United and Lewis Miller of Hibs.

    Also, it looks like I did jinx it. After predicting a goal-fest when the visitors equalised after 18 minutes, not much goal-mouth action since. Still saying it won't end 1-1, mind.

    Barry Ferguson is making an early change - and it's not a big surprise.

    Clinton Nsiala's dreadful evening is coming to a premature halt. Ridvan Yilmaz is on.

    Hibs fashion the first chance for a while in this game. And it's from another corner. Nicky Cadden pings in a beauty and Mykola Kuharevich gets up well again anhd heads towards goal.

    Martin Boyle is lurking but can't force a backheel in from close range amid a ruck of bodies.

    Motherwell counter swiftly to tee up a shooting opportunity for Stephen O'Donnell on the edge of the area, but his effort is deflected and pushed over the top by Jon McCracken.

    Jonathan Svedberg tries the spectacular as he sends an overhead kick toward Jordan Amissah's goal. An easy save for the County keeper though.

    Declan John connects with a deep cross, volleying it goal. It's blocked by Michael Steinwender, but bounces kindly to Mandron who fires home.

    Bobby Wales makes his way to the byeline after a quick Killie throw-in.

    He cuts back to Marley Watkins and the striker fluffs his lines. A good chance for 3-0 squandered.

    A solid stop from Jordan Amissah denies Makenzie Kirk from close range.

    Ross County have been under the cosh in these last five minutes or so and have struggled to clear their lines.

    Michael Wimmer is constantly pulling players over to his dugout for a quick chat when there's a break in play. He's also very vocal and animated when play is unfolding in front of him.

    Tony Docherty is looking a little frustrated right now, his team haven't seen too much of the ball, they've had the odd foray forward but Motherwell have dealt with the threat well.
