  1. goal

GOAL Hearts 1-1 St Mirrenpublished at 21:01 Greenwich Mean Time 26 February

    James Wilson

A Hearts long ball is not dealt with by Richard Taylor, and the ball drops kindly for Wilson.

The 17-year-old is cool when presented with the chance, tucking home from a few yards out.

Far too easy for the hosts. Stephen Robinson will be furious.

  2. CLOSE!published at 21:01 Greenwich Mean Time 26 February

    Hearts 0-1 St Mirren

St Mirren almost make it two as Richard Taylor nods wide from a corner. Not far away at all.

They get another chance seconds later when Toyosi Olusanya breaks the offside trap and forces two saves from Craig Gordon.

  3. Scrappy stuffpublished at 21:00 Greenwich Mean Time 26 February

    Dundee United 1-1 Hibernian

    Kheredine Idessane
    BBC Scotland at Tannadice

This game's been really scrappy since the restart. Both sides can play but are struggling to find any rhythm at the beginning of the second period.

Biggest cheer so far? Howls of derision as ref David Dickinson tripped and fell inside the centre circle. Oopsy.

  4. Postpublished at 20:59 Greenwich Mean Time 26 February

    Motherwell 1-0 Dundee

    Another decent chance for Mothewell.

Dom Thompson's cross picks out Tom Sparrow at the back post but his diving header dribbles harmlessly wide of Jon McCracken's goal.

  5. Postpublished at 20:58 Greenwich Mean Time 26 February

    Dundee United 1-1 Hibernian

Will Ferry can certainly cross a ball. He picks out Sam Dalby but the United striker steers a shot wide.

Ferry and Ryan Strain have put in 11 crosses combined for the home side.

  6. Postpublished at 20:58 Greenwich Mean Time 26 February

    Motherwell 1-0 Dundee

Dundee captain Joe Shaughnessy is on to make his first appearance of the season.

The central defender been out since last April with a knee injury.

  7. Postpublished at 20:57 Greenwich Mean Time 26 February

    St Johnstone 0-0 Ross County

A lovely corner is fired in by Noah Chilvers and Elijah Campbell does well to get his head to it but he fires the ball straight at Andy Fisher in the home goal.

  8. A Man-dron on formpublished at 20:56 Greenwich Mean Time 26 February

  9. Postpublished at 20:55 Greenwich Mean Time 26 February

    Motherwell 1-0 Dundee

Dundee are yet to register a shot on target.

  10. Postpublished at 20:53 Greenwich Mean Time 26 February

    Dundee United 1-1 Hibernian

The ball almost breaks in the box for United midfielder Allan Campbell, but Lewis Miller does really well to gets his body between ball and man to mop up for Hibs.

  11. Postpublished at 20:52 Greenwich Mean Time 26 February

    Hearts 0-1 St Mirren

St Mirren may be leading but the visitors make a couple of changes, with Toyosi Olusanya on for Jonah Ayunga, while Elvis Bwomono replaces Ryan Alebiosu at right wing-back.

  12. HALF-TIME Kilmarnock 2-1 Rangerspublished at 20:51 Greenwich Mean Time 26 February

Two goals down and a substitution made all before half an hour... A tough opening for Rangers' interim head coach Barry Ferguson.

Joe Wright's header and Brad Lyons' lasered shot had Kilmarnock in dreamland before Vaclav Cerny scored the first goal of the Ferguson era.

  13. Changes at McDiarmid Parkpublished at 20:50 Greenwich Mean Time 26 February

    St Johnstone 0-0 Ross County

    Tyrone Smith
    BBC Scotland at McDiarmid Park

Changes for both teams at the break in Perth.

Barry Douglas is on for St Johnstone, while Jordan White and George Robesten are on for County.

I doubt County boss Don Cowie was happy with what he saw in the opening 45 minutes.

  14. Postpublished at 20:48 Greenwich Mean Time 26 February

    Kilmarnock 2-1 Rangers

In the last throes of first-half stoppage time. Rangers making a better of fist of things now, with goalscorer Vaclav Cerny leading the way.

  15. Postpublished at 20:43 Greenwich Mean Time 26 February

    Kilmarnock 2-1 Rangers

What a wonderful save, Kieran O'Hara. A wicked shot from Cyriel Dessers is punched away.

An offside flag is flung up all the way back at the halfway line, though.

  16. St Mirren good value for leadpublished at 20:42 Greenwich Mean Time 26 February

    HT: Hearts 0-1 St Mirren

    Brian McLauchlin
    BBC Scotland at Tynecastle

There was a fair slice of good fortune for the St Mirren goal but it’s fair to say their all-round play has been excellent.

Richard Taylor and Alex Gogic have been outstanding in snuffing out any opportunities coming the way of the home side, while O’Hara and Phillips are in control in midfield.

Neil Critchley will have some tough talking to do at the break and I would not be surprised if he turns to the bench.

  17. Motherwell impressivepublished at 20:41 Greenwich Mean Time 26 February

    HT: Motherwell 1-0 Dundee

    Jane Lewis
BBC Sport Scotland at Fir Park

Motherwell have been really impressive, playing with a high level of intensity and pressing constantly. The home fans are lapping it up, up on their feet applauding their players going off at half time.

Dundee haven't been allowed to get into this match and Tony Docherty will no doubt be addressing that in the dressing room right now. He might have to make some changes to shape and personnel if his side are to get back into this one.

  18. Amissah frustrating Saintspublished at 20:39 Greenwich Mean Time 26 February

HT: St Johnstone 0-0 Ross County

    Tyrone Smith
    BBC Scotland at McDiarmid Park

St Johnstone have had a the better of a competitive first half.

Chances have been at the a premium, but Saints have had the few there have been and would be in front had it not been for an inspired showing by County keeper Jordan Amissah.

  19. HALF-TIME - Dundee United 1-1 Hibernianpublished at 20:38 Greenwich Mean Time 26 February

All square at Tannadice. A breathless opening 20 minutes was followed by a bit of a battle for the rest of the half.

Ross Graham's deflected strike had United in front, but Mykola Kuharevich levelled for Hibs by heading in from a corner.

Kuharevich had another chance, and Sam Dalby flicked a header over the bar. A compelling match between two sides chasing European football.

  20. HALF-TIME Hearts 0-1 St Mirrenpublished at 20:36 Greenwich Mean Time 26 February

There's been very little in the way of quality in the box, with Hearts failing to test Zach Hemming notably.

St Mirren have really taken their only chance, when the ball broke kindly for Mikael Mandron.

The bad news for Hearts fans is that their team has failed to win any of their past 16 matches when conceding first in the league.
