Rangers continued their Scottish Premiership revival under Danny Rohl, cruising past Dundee at Dens Park to make it three league wins in a row.

A header from Nicolas Raskin and a smart strike from Mikey Moore had the visitors 2-0 up on 14 minutes.

Rangers, who nudge up to fourth place, had to wait until the 90th minute to score again, with Djeidi Gassama curling in the pick of the bunch.

The diminutive Raskin had been left all alone at a corner, while Moore swept home from 18 yards to celebrate the first goal of his loan move from Tottenham Hotspur.

The lively Moore hit the net again before the interval but the effort was disallowed after a review from referee Matthew MacDermid, who ruled an offside Mohamed Diomande had interfered with goalkeeper Jon McCracken's view of Danilo's initial attempt.

A fabulous save from Jon McCracken denied Raskin a second but Gassama's fabulous finish made sure the scoreline reflected a very comfortable three points.

Analysis: Rangers profit from fast start as Dundee labour

Rohl has a 100% record in the Premiership, with Rangers on their best league run since February.

The tempo may have dropped in the second half but it is evident the new head coach wants to see the ball getting forward quickly.

A series of long diagonal passes had the home defence turning on their heels in the opening exchanges and Rangers soon had two goals to celebrate.

McCracken was kept busy at regular intervals thereafter, stopping shots from Aasgaard and Gassama before showing great reflexes to claw away Raskin's second free header of the afternoon.

Moore was a menace, drifting into central positions, but Rohl will want to see more from his strikers since Bojan Miovski and half-time replacement Youssef Chermiti were both peripheral figures.

Dundee stay second bottom of the table and have now lost five of their past six matches, with their best effort a well-saved free-kick from Ethan Hamilton in the third minute.

A stunning 2-0 win over an out-of-sorts Celtic is starting to look like an outlier for Steven Pressley's side.

On that occasion Dundee struck first and fought for their lives, just as they did in a 1-1 draw at Ibrox in August.

The spirit and graft shown in those games was lacking and there was no real cohesion, despite an improvement in the final 25 minutes.

Rangers head coach Danny Rohl: "It's a step forward but I know we need to work more.

"At the moment I'm happy we took nine points from nine.

"I said before the game I want to see a hungry team, hungry for points, to win duels. The 2-0 and the 3-0 were nice goals, with good combinations.

"I appreciate the first three weeks. There is a lot of support around me, from the staff, the players, the supporters.

"I love to see my team celebrate wins with the supporters together. It's a great feeling after 90 minutes of hard work. Football is up and down but if you stick together you are much more powerful."

Dundee head coach Steven Pressley: "Losing the goal from a set-play after a good start from ourselves was very disappointing.

"After losing the second goal, it's very easy for a team that's fragile like ourselves to go under and we didn't. We responded brilliantly.

"Against Hearts we suffered badly and there wasn't enough to take from that performance but I thought today there was a lot to take. There is still a belief around the players.

"I've been in football for 35 years and to be involved for that length of time you need to show some grit and I'll continue to do that."

What next?

Troubled Dundee go to Edinburgh to take on high-flying Hibernian on Saturday 22 November (15:00 GMT). Rangers host the Premiership's bottom side Livingston at the same time.
