  2. CLOSE!published at 13:59 Greenwich Mean Time 12 January

Oh my word, that looked like 1-0.

Jordan Cullinane-Liburd meets the corner, heads down - and inches wide.

    Tamworth 0-0 Tottenham Hotspur

Another Timo Werner shot, this time a snap shot volley which is blocked.

Tamworth then break with purpose and win a corner.

  4. 'Typical Timo Werner'published at 13:57 Greenwich Mean Time 12 January

    Tamworth 0-0 Tottenham

    Stephen Warnock
Former Premier League defender on BBC Radio 5 Live

I don't want to say it but I'm going to - typical Timo Werner. He never looks like scoring, he doesn't look confident at all. But take nothing away from Singh, it's a great save, he comes rushing out and makes himself look big.

  5. 'Werner should have lifted it'published at 13:57 Greenwich Mean Time 12 January

    Tamworth 0-0 Tottenham

    Ally McCoist
    Former Rangers striker on ITV1

It's a perfectly weighted ball from Brennan Johnson.

Timo Werner should have lifted it. It's an excellent opportunity.

  7. GREAT SAVE!published at 13:57 Greenwich Mean Time 12 January

    Tamworth 0-0 Tottenham Hotspur

Jas Singh is pulling out the goalkeeping heroics once again.

Brennan Johnson plays in Timo Werner with a slide rule pass, but Singh comes out and saves the low shot with his legs.

Werner took that shot like a man utterly bereft of confidence.

It’s hard to win a game of football when the referee isn’t helping you out eh Ange? I might be holding a grudge here.

Mikey Moore has a shot blocked by Hayden Hollis. Awesomely alliterative.

We have passed the hour mark.

  11. YELLOW CARDpublished at 13:52 Greenwich Mean Time 12 January

    Tamworth 0-0 Tottenham Hotspur

The Tamworth corner is being delayed due to lots of pushing and shoving.

Spurs' Radu Dragusin and Tamworth's Dan Creaney are both booked.

    The corner is cleared.

  13. CLOSE!published at 13:50 Greenwich Mean Time 12 January

    Tamworth 0-0 Tottenham Hotspur

    Tamworth are believing here.

A Tom Tonks throw is half-cleared, and Callum Cockerill-Mollett has a shot deflected wide.

  14. Postpublished at 13:50 Greenwich Mean Time 12 January

    Hull 1-1 Doncaster

    How did he miss?!

Hull City are having chance after chance to wrap up this cup tie. Doncaster are unable to clear and the ball sits up nicely for Lewis Coyle but he wellies it over.

There has been a lot made about Tom Tonks and his long throw but his work-rate he gets through - he has been tenacious in everything he has done and I just wonder if he will be able to complete the 90 because of all the work he has put in.

  16. 'Not enough coming from Tottenham's front three'published at 13:49 Greenwich Mean Time 12 January

    Tamworth 0-0 Tottenham

    Ally McCoist
    Former Rangers striker on ITV1

There's not enough coming from the front three of Tottenham.

They need more movement on the right-hand side through Brennan Johnson and certainly more in the centre from Timo Werner.

    Hull 1-1 Doncaster

The only thing I can think of is maybe one of the back-tracking defenders was close enough to the ball when Kamara went down as to not make Sharman-Lowe the last man.

From the free-kick, goalscorer Gustavo Puerta chips just over.

Brilliant from Haydn Hollis. He knew his keeper might be beaten and he gets himself on the goal line with an excellent header to prevent Spurs from going ahead in this game.

  19. 'Werner does the correct thing'published at 13:47 Greenwich Mean Time 12 January

    Tamworth 0-0 Tottenham

    Ally McCoist
    Former Rangers striker on ITV1

Timo Werner does the correct thing with the header, he tried to knock it back where it came from but good defending from Tamworth.

Spurs come the closest of either side to scoring as Timo Werner heads a cross back across goal, but it is cleared off the line by Haydn Hollis - the man of the moment - with Jas Singh stranded.
