After a Cole Palmer effort is blocked, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall curls a shot on target which home keeper Kacper Tobiasz beats away.

It was a good height for Tobiasz, but it curled around a crowd of people. Very good diving stop.

You know a side is low in ideas when their centre back is trying a shot from 35 yards.

Tosin Adarabioyo's effort for Chelsea is blocked.

Aside from a couple of good Reece James corners, Chelsea have offered no attacking threat so far.

At the other end, Legia fire a huge long throw into the Blues area which is scrambled away.

Legia Warsaw have to make the most of these chances.

It's a great ball from Max Oyedele. Ryota Morishita would do well to score from there.

It's a chance wasted.

Legia are so disciplined defensively - Cole Palmer breaks into the area, but he hesitates and within seconds a crowd of white shirts are behind teh ball and clogging up space.

They clearly have a plan for Chelsea, and so far are executing it well.

Max Oydele, the man who played 12 National League games on loan at Altrincham two seasons ago, plays a brilliant through ball to find Ryota Morishita.

The Japanese forward can't curl his effort on target, but that's a shot across the bow from Legia.

Jadon Sancho has got a start tonight, as the Manchester United loanee looks to impress with his future up in the air according to various reports.

So far he has not been able to shine tonight.

With Chelsea looking a bit blunt, Enzo Maresca may already be thinking of his subs.

Plenty of Blues fans on the texts have been calling for Nicolas Jackson, while Pedro Neto and Noni Madueke are also options.

When their side were obliterating Noah and Shamrock Rovers in the league stage, Chelsea fans might have thought they would stroll to the Conference League.

Chelsea had so much space there but Christopher Nkunku looks like he's lacking belief.

Sometimes a lack of confidence can manifest itself and it looks like you're not trying.

Cole Palmer nicks the ball on the edge of the Chelsea box, and makes a fine run to 30 yards away from the Legia goal.

His final pass to Christopher Nkunku is misplaced however, and the move ends when the Frenchman drags his shot well wide from distance.

The smoke from the pre-match pyrotechnics has now cleared, so no worries there Paul.

We are now clearly able to see Chelsea keeping possession. They have gradually come to dominate the ball here after a fast start by Legia.

Acheampong is able to get forward and support a Chelsea attack, as they stroke the ball around looking for a gap.

Every Chelsea pass is heartily whistled by the home crowd.

It's so good to see Josh Acheampong playing and he's had so many minutes in this competition this season.

Away from home, he looks like a player.
