We've got Championship action for you next in our EFL coverage when Luton host West Brom on Friday.

Neither Fleetwood nor Salford get themselves closer to pulling away from the mid-table region after Ammies substitute Francis Okoronkwo made it a 2-2 draw in the final minute of the game.

Salford City do, however, gain a place while Fleetwood don't move an inch. Double ouch.

Stevenage's home hammering by Bolton is their third EFL defeat in a row and they drop into the bottom 10 of League One, albeit seven points clear of trouble.

Northampton's three-match unbeaten run ended with that late defeat at Lincoln and the Cobblers remain in that difficult no-man's land of not quite being clear enough for comfort.

Lincoln's late win over 10-man Northampton pushes them into fifth place and Bolton are hot on their heels in sixth with their comfortable victory at Stevenage.

Stockport's impressive disposal of Reading gets them into the top 10 but just look how congested it is in the race for the play-offs.

Everyone could probably do with a breather - we get one this weekend although only so we can enjoy the drama of the FA Cup first round!

    Fleetwood 2-2 Salford

It seemed signed and sealed but it wasn't yet delivered. Salford's Francis Okoronkwo earns the Ammies a hard earned point in the eighth minute of stoppage time to still the celebrations of the home fans.

  6. 'Bolton are playing with a different style'published at 21:48 Greenwich Mean Time 29 October

    FT: Stevenage 1-4 Bolton

    Phil Brown
Former Bolton assistant manager on BBC Radio Manchester

It's very progressive, it's very exciting the fact that he's got three up top.

They are playing with a different style, there's not much pressure on the keeper to play it out from the back.

It's all well getting ahead of steam at the moment but let's just do it slowly and build a season with the foundations to creep into the play-offs.

  7. goal

GOAL: Fleetwood 2-2 Salfordpublished at 21:46 Greenwich Mean Time 29 October

    Francis Okoronkwo (98 mins)

    AT THE DEATH!

Francis Okoronkwo has only been on the pitch for 14 minutes but makes it count by getting his side a point in a game that was all but over.

  8. FULL-TIMEpublished at 21:45 Greenwich Mean Time 29 October

    Lincoln 2-1 Northampton

Lincoln come from behind to take all three points with a goal from substitute Erik Ring two minutes from the end of normal time.

Northampton will look to the senseless sending-off of Tyler Roberts in the second period.

With the game meandering to an almost certain draw, Roberts kicked the ball away to collect a second yellow card and was sent-off.

Lincoln boss Michael Skubala went for the win and Ring was on hand to answer the call.

That came after the visitors got off to the best possible start with Tariqe Fosu putting them ahead within three minutes.

Tom Hamer bundled in Lincoln's leveller but there was very little between the teams before the red card changed things.

Lincoln are into the play-off places and Northampton's three-match unbeaten run is brought to an end.

  9. YELLOW CARDSpublished at 21:43 Greenwich Mean Time 29 October

    Lincoln 2-1 Northampton

Lincoln goalkeer George Wickens and Northampton's Nesta Guinness-Walker collect yellow cards - we are deep, deep into injury time.

Northampton boss Jon Brady has also been carded by Sam Purkiss.

  10. 'Reading were properly beaten'published at 21:41 Greenwich Mean Time 29 October

    FT: Stockport 4-1 Reading

    Tim Dellor
    BBC Berkshire sport editor

In truth Reading were properly beaten.

At no stage did they look like they'd win the game.

That was very, very impressive from Stockport.

Louie Barry's brace (one from the penalty spot) and goals from Will Collar and Kyle Wootton made it a comfortable evening for Dave Challinor's side.

Reading scored probably the best goal with some patient build-up play ending with Chem Campbell converting Harvey Knibbs' cross to equalise.

But Stockport going back in front within three minutes of the Reading leveller may have proved crucial.

It's a great response to their weekend defeat at Lincoln while Reading's three-match winning streak comes to a crashing end.

    Stevenage 1-4 Bolton

John McAtee savours Bolton's win over StevenageImage source, Rex Features

A relatively even game if you look at the stats but one glance at the score and the writing is on the wall - Bolton dominate at the Lamex.

It was a big ask for Boro to make their way back into the match and made even tougher when Szabolcs Schon sent a ball Victor Adeboyejo's way.

The home side were undeterred though. The attacks kept coming and they finally saw a result when Dan Kemp picked up a ricocheted ball from a Luke Southwood block and struck it into the net.

But it was Bolton's night as Dion Charles slid a fourth past Taye Ashby-Hammond and confirmed the three points.

Stevenage had chances. Plenty of them. But the lack of a clinical finish sees them humbled by a Bolton side who rarely squandered theirs.

  13. 'Bolton have been clinical'published at 21:38 Greenwich Mean Time 29 October

Bolton have had six chances and scored four of them.

    They have been clinical.

    Stockport 4-1 Reading

We're into six minutes of time added on and Stockport's Lewis Bate is taken off and Callum Connolly comes on for a bit of light work right at the end.

  16. 'Bolton have done their job'published at 21:35 Greenwich Mean Time 29 October

    Stevenage 1-4 Bolton

    Phil Brown
Former Bolton assistant manager on BBC Radio Manchester

You know that Bolton are a decent side, so to give them a couple of goals in the first 20 minutes.

But 4-1 is more reflective of how Bolton have been in the final third.

    They have done their job.

The four centre-backs have stood up to what Stevenage have thrown at them and the strikers have done their bit too.

  17. goal

Jovon Makama sends the ball across the face of goal and Erik Ring answers the call to volley in.

    Dion Charles (87 mins)

    Bolton's big moment man provides.

Dion Charles has been electric since entering the fray and proves it after sliding to meet a Josh Dacres-Cogley smooth delivery from the right.

Boro keeper Taye Ashby-Hammond stumbles but is bettered by the pace. It's past his reach and into the net and that's the game gone for good.

  19. 'Stockport have not had to work hard'published at 21:30 Greenwich Mean Time 29 October

    Stockport 4-1 Reading

    Mick Gooding
Ex-Reading player/manager on BBC Radio Berkshire

It doesn't seem that Stockport have had to work that hard in this second half.

They've had a couple of half chances and at the other end Reading have had none.

  20. Postpublished at 21:29 Greenwich Mean Time 29 October

    Stockport aren't about to declare.

Odin Bailey turns smartly on the edge of the area but drags his shot wide.
