Stevenage have squandered their chances but Bolton, why Bolton haven't half taken theirs.

Szabolcs Schon goes spriting on the counter and puts in a brilliant ball towards the box. It bounces away from the Boro defender and into the path of Victor Adeboyejo, who snatches away the hopes of the hosts with a third for Bolton.

Too high a mountain, it feels, for Stevenage to climb now.

  18. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:37 Greenwich Mean Time 29 October

    Fleetwood 1-1 Salford

What a way to kick-off Fleetwood and Salford's first game together - a goal each in a lively first-half! More please.

The Cods came out with their feet on the gas and quickly got the ball moving in their direction as they registered their opening two attempts on goal in the first two minutes.

But it was Salford who dealt the damage first after David Harrington switched off and Ben Woodburn punished with an impressive lob from distance.

Though, the lead wasn't to last as Fleetwood levelled with a simple tap into the net from Ronan Coughlan.

The Cods will be missing their captain when they come back out the tunnel though, as Brendan Wiredu picked up a knock and needed to replaced with Mark Helm in injury time.

Will the missing skipper be a difference maker?

  19. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:37 Greenwich Mean Time 29 October

    Stockport 3-1 Reading

Good half of football that and Stockport well worth their lead despite Reading's excellent equaliser.

Will Collar's deflected effort got the home side ahead but a lovely passing move ended with Chem Campbell levelling for Reading.

Kyle Wootton headed the home side back in front within three minutes of the equaliser and it got worse for Reading two minutes before the break as Louie Barry converted a penalty won by Jack Diamond.

Barry has forced Pereira into a very good save as well.

Stockport boss Dave Challinor made six changes from the weekend defeat - his players have got the message!

  20. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:34 Greenwich Mean Time 29 October

    Lincoln 1-1 Northampton

Tom Hamer equalises for Lincoln against NorthamptonImage source, Getty Images

That's probably about right after a keenly contested first-half but Lincoln reacted well to going behind inside three minutes with Tariqe Fosu converting Tyler Roberts' cross.

Tom Hamer headed home the equaliser for Lincoln who then saw Lee Burge brilliantly deny Sean Roughan and Brad House have an effort cleared off the line.

The one negative for Lincoln is goalscorer Hamer being forced off with an injury.
