Stuttgart victorious over winless Slovan Bratislava
Stuttgart's Jamie Leweling scored twice in a 3-1 Champions League away win that ended Slovan Bratislava's chances of making the play-offs.
Leweling slotted home a clever through pass from Deniz Undav for his first and the Germany forward was first to loose ball as he scored his second before the break, converting the rebound after goalkeeper Dominik Takac denied Enzo Millot.
Slovan's Idjessi Metsoko pulled one back for the Slovakian side five minutes before full-time but Fabian Rieder restored Stuttgart's two-goal lead minutes later.
Slovan Bratislava are second from bottom in the 36-team table, without a point, while Germany's Stuttgart are 21st, with the teams from ninth to 24th place making the play-offs.
