Oh, Lawrence Shankland you've got to be hitting the target!

It's a lovely lay-off from Elton Kabangu inside the Motherwell box and the Scotland striker smashes it well over the bar.

    Advantage Hearts again!

It's a deep corner delivery from the right by Zac Ashworth, it finds the towering Jordan White and the striker's header cannot be kept out on the line by Caolan Boyd-Munce.

    Motherwell 0-0 Heart of Midlothian

It's lovely play down the right from Hearts and the ball ends up at the feet of Blair Spittal right on the edge of the box, but the midfielder fires over the crossbar.

It's not happening for either of these sides so far - advantage St Mirren in the top-six race.

    BBC Scotland at Fir Park

More of the same in the second half here at Fir Park. Plenty of effort, plenty of endeavour, plenty of industry, but a lack of real chances at either end.

The appearance of Lawrence Shankland gave the Hearts fans a lift, but news of St Mirren taking the lead has filtered through, which has dampened the enthusiasm of both sets of supporters a little.

A win will do Hearts, but Motherwell need to win and hope things change in Paisley.

Hopefully an end-to-end last half an hour awaits us.

There's a coming together between Hearts' James Penrice andAndy Halliday and the Motherwell midfielder is in need of treatment after hitting his head off the turf as he spectacularly fell to the floor.

He's back to his feet now though.

Caolan Boyd-Munce drives at the County defence and slides an inch perfect pass through to striker Jonah Ayunga, who cannot score with his first attempt but makes no mistake with the second.
