    The heads are in hands over at Williams. This is the fifth red flag of this rescheduled qualifying session. And we still have a 71-lap race to come.

    The Williams was heading to Turn One but the car began to drift across the track, sending the rear spinning before smashing into the barriers. Alex Albon asks about the brakes on the team radio.

    The grip level is not immediately there for anyone. Norris is now the first car to get a time on the board, Russell will have to dig deep and go again on the next lap.

    Charles Leclerc is joining the queue at the end of the pit lane, one of the last cars to do so. The Ferrari man has kept his tyres wrapped up and hopefully, for the Scuderia, at a decent temperature.

    Max Verstappen who qualified 12th, talking to Sky Sports: "It's just, the car hits the wall, it needs to be a straight red, I don't understand why it needs to take 30, 40 seconds for the red flag to come out.

    "I don't know honestly? It's so stupid to talk about. It's ridiculous."

    The problem in these conditions is when the car goes, it's so difficult to regain it. The grip levels are really magical anyway and your dancing on the edge, and when you just go over the edge in a heartbeat you are flying to the wall.

    That was a mega spin in the Aston Martin for Fernando Alonso at Turn 11. There was nothing the two-time world champion could do about that snap. The nails are being nibbled on the pit wall now with two cars crashing out in qualifying.

    Fernando Alonso has found the wall and he's facing front in the Aston Martin, but one Aston Martin in the wall at the end of Q2 and the other Aston Martin in the wall in the middle of Q3.
