    The moment here could be title defining, Lando Norris got himself to the top of the times at the right time, Max Verstappen missed a lap, I am not sure why if it was traffic or a mistake.

    That means is he out and he will start 17th for the grand prix.

    Max Verstappen was on halfway through his fast lap when the yellow came out but once that red flag was waved, there was nothing the Dutchman could do. With his grid penalty applied, he'll start down in P17 for today's race.

    The times are going to tumble so much now, the track has not got wetter whilst we've been under the red flag and most of the field hadn't put intermediate tyres on when the red flag came out, so they are about to find a new hid of grip.
