I think Leclerc did [get the time] by about a second, it was right on the edge, you could see Leclerc coming over the line and he was in the drop zone.
That was super tight for Leclerc, I am not convinced he did get that time in before the red flag. It's really touch and go and it's hard to be sure whether the television pictures are absolutely in sync with the timing screens, but it was right on the edge.

Looks like Franco Colapinto dipped a rear wheel where there was no grip, sending the rear of his Williams spinning into the barriers at Turn Three. The Argentine says sorry to his team, but he id OK.
