Lando Norris is next into pit for the hard compound but he stays behind McLaren team-mate Oscar Piastri. George Russell pays a visit to the Mercedes pit box and now has a great chance to pass Max Verstappen - and he does it. Russell is out in third spot with Verstappen now in fourth.

Oliver Bearman has an issue and is running slowly on track. Pit crews are getting to react as the Haas continues to struggle. The virtual safety car is deployed and the likes of Lewis Hamilton come in for a stop. McLaren welcome Oscar Piastri for a set of hards.

It doesn't take long for Max Verstappen to begin his trek towards the front of the grid and his first target is the Ferrari of Lewis Hamilton. Job done and the Red Bull driver is now fifth.
Red Bull have reacted to that Mercedes pit stop and Max Verstappen comes in. The Dutchman is now a hard tyre runner like Italian teenager Kimi Antonelli and is back out into the mix in seventh place.
Mercedes call Kimi Antonelli in to try to undercut Max Verstappen but it's a slow stop as the Italian is held longer than expected. He rejoins the action in ninth place.
Lando Norris is clocking purple laps, however, so the Briton is trying to hunt down his rapid team-mate, who will bank a fourth win of the season if he can hold on to this lead.
Watch out if you're heading to Turn 17, as Norris is told the rain is on the way and that particular corner will get it the most.
Lando Norris has just set two consecutive fastest laps and closed on his team-mate Oscar Piastri by three-tenths on both of them. Let's see if Norris can keep cutting away at that.
So we've had a few drivers come into the pits now. Gabriel Bortoleto was first in, Isack Hadjar has switched rubber and Esteban Ocon is next to make a stop. Oscar Piastri, meanwhile, is over eight seconds clear of his chasing team-mate Lando Norris.
Grappling complete for Lewis Hamilton - he's finally snatched 10th place away from Esteban Ocon with some hard and fair racing. Charles Leclerc is eighth, Hamilton will come away with a point if it stays like this.
'Ocon will not make it easy for Hamilton'published at 21:40 British Summer Time 4 May

Damon Hill 1996 world champion on BBC Radio 5 Live in Miami
Esteban Ocon has a reputation of being a bit of a hard racer so Lewis Hamilton better work this one out properly and make it a clean pass because Ocon will not make it easy.
The race has been quiet for Ferrari so far. Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton are struggling to move up the order. The seven-time world champion is in 11th place but he is grappling with Esteban Ocon's Haas for the final points place.
Race leader Oscar Piastri is nine seconds ahead of his team-mate Lando Norris, with Max Verstappen a further two seconds back. The stewards have noted that incident between Max Verstappen and Lando Norris, but the McLaren man did give the place back.
It was almost like Max Verstappen had just given up, he didn't defend at all, he just left the space open for Lando Norris which is very, very unlikely.
Carlos Sainz has been noted for leaving the track and gaining an advantage. The Spaniard is still seventh, one place behind Williams team-mate Alex Albon.
