  1. Watch: When Nelly took controlpublished at 18:01 British Summer Time 25 August

The moments that helped Nelly Korda take control.

However, that grip on the lead has now been lost!

  2. Huge par for Woadpublished at 18:00 British Summer Time 25 August

    Woad E (17)

The 17th is safely negotiated by Lottie Woad. A par for the 20-year-old Englishwoman who then pummels a drive down the last hole, safe in the knowledge that she's about to win the silver medal as low amateur.

She's got another big week next week, playing in the Curtis Cup under the captaincy of Catriona Matthew.

  3. Postpublished at 17:57 British Summer Time 25 August

    Ko -6 (15)

I wonder if Lydia Ko is a scoreboard watcher. If she is, she'll see that Nelly Korda's error-strewn 14th means she's now joint leader.

Big drive down 16 from the New Zealander. Oh my this has got interesting again.

  4. Double bogey for Kordapublished at 17:57 British Summer Time 25 August

    Korda -6 (14)

Nelly Korda pushes her putt, which was an awkward six-foot swinger, and she drops two shots.

Just like that, the door is open again.

  5. Korda making errorspublished at 17:55 British Summer Time 25 August

    Korda -8 (13)

Nelly Korda flies her ball over the green, it was a difficult position to be in. Her fourth shot on the par five is then a delicate chip, which rolls back down the hill.

She is in BIG trouble on this hole. But her second chip nearly goes in, so at least one shot dropped here.

  6. Bogey for Kopublished at 17:53 British Summer Time 25 August

    Ko -6 (15)

Lydia Ko's radar goes a little askew on the par-four 15th. It's a relatively straightforward hole but she ends up in a greenside bunker with her second shot and can only splash out to about 20 feet.

The par putt remains above ground. Shot gone. Crucial.

  7. Postpublished at 17:52 British Summer Time 25 August

    Ruoning -5 (16)

Ruoning Yin's birdie attempt stays on the green. Her ball had a good look at the hole but didn't want to drop. Par.

  8. Hull finishes over parpublished at 17:50 British Summer Time 25 August

    Hull +1 (75)

At the halfway stage, Charley Hull was right in the thick of it at the top of the leaderboard but a pair of 75s over the weekend derailed her challenge.

Pars on the 17th and 18th holes and that's championship over for the Englishwoman whose wait for a first major will go into 2025.

  9. Korda in troublepublished at 17:49 British Summer Time 25 August

    Korda -8 (13)

A rare mistake from Nelly Korda who tries to attack the green, however, ends up in the rough stuff. It leaves a difficult shot into the green.

Her last error was followed up by the shot of the day, though,

  10. Postpublished at 17:46 British Summer Time 25 August

    Ruoning -5 (15)

Ruoning Yin is far from out of this. The Chinese, from wispy grass down the left of the par-four 16th, hits her second shot pin-high, 20 feet to the right. She probably needs to hole this

  11. Postpublished at 17:44 British Summer Time 25 August

    Woad E (16)

Lottie Woad is on the 17th tee. It's the last tough one of the week for her and she unloads one straight down the middle of the fairway.

How would you play the second? Go for the pin and risk going in the Road Hole bunker? Or play conservatively and make sure of that silver medal... thumbs up for attack, thumbs down for safety...

  12. Shin and Vu told to hurry uppublished at 17:43 British Summer Time 25 August

    Korda -8 (13)

Nelly Korda isn't just pulling away from Jiyai Shin on the leaderboard, but also on course. She must be a hole ahead now.

Another par from Korda there, and both Shin and Vu have been told by a rules official to get a wriggle on and play a bit quicker.

I'd have to agree, play has been slow from them!

  13. Postpublished at 17:40 British Summer Time 25 August

    Ruoning -5 (15)

Birdies starting to fly in - Ruoning Yin drains one on 15 to get to five under par. If the Chinese can get one more in her final three holes, she could well set a challenging target.

  14. Ko back within onepublished at 17:38 British Summer Time 25 August

    Ko -7 (14)

A brief wave of acknowledgement to the cheering fans by Lydia Ko after knocking in a 10-footer for birdie on the long 14th.

The Olympic champion one behind Nelly Korda

  15. Vu responds with birdiepublished at 17:38 British Summer Time 25 August

    Shin -6, Vu -5 (12)

Jiyai Shin has her massive putt bang on line before it comes up short.

Similarly, Lilia Vu hit a lovely putt but this time she sinks her 30-footer up the hill - the best today!

  16. Sensational two-putt for Woadpublished at 17:34 British Summer Time 25 August

    Woad E (15)

More smiles on the youthful face of Lottie Woad as she watches her 100-foot putt on the 15th cozy up next to the hole for a kick-in par.

That really was a terrific putt. And Lottie knows it.

She has three more holes to negotiate.

  17. Watch: Shin birdie on sevenpublished at 17:34 British Summer Time 25 August

Jiyai Shin has played solid golf, but has only made one birdie today.

She needs more of that magic from the seventh.

  18. Postpublished at 17:31 British Summer Time 25 August

    Korda -8 (12)

From no view, Nelly Korda finds the middle of the green and races around the corner to see her shot. In the grove now.

  20. Postpublished at 17:26 British Summer Time 25 August

    Ko -6 (13)

Lydia Ko can't make the birdie putt on 13, which is playing the hardest hole on the course today, so a par is still picking up ground on the majority of the field.

Big birdie opportunity coming up on the only par-five hole on the back nine...

It's starting to get a little tense out there
