Battle Of Marengo lands Aidan O'Brien's fourth Derby trial win

Aidan O'Brien secured his fourth Derby trial winner of the week when Battle Of Marengo triumphed in the Derrinstown Stud Derby Trial at Leopardstown.

The Galileo colt, sent off at 2-13, edged out Loch Garman with Little White Cloud running into third.

On Saturday, O'Brien's Nevis took advantage of Greatwood's withdrawal to win Lingfield's Derby Trial.

Nevis, at 4-9, won by nine lengths to join O'Brien's Chester trial winners Magician and Ruler of the World.
