    Gautam Gambhir is back in the Test reckoning for India, against England this summer, for the first time since a home series defeat against the same opponents almost 18 months ago.

    Gambhir is included in an 18-man squad for the five-Test tour of England which starts in July.

    While the opener is an eye-catching inclusion, veteran left-arm seamer Zaheer Khan is the most notable omission - having previously toured England on three occasions.

    Uefa should look at throwing Paris St-German out of the Champions League if their fans are found guilty of abusing disabled Chelsea supporters, says Disabilities Minister Mike Penning.

    Five Chelsea fans and their carers say they were spat on and had bottles, chewing gum and coins thrown at them at the Parc des Princes on 2 April.

    "There's no point in fining a club. It's loose change," he told BBC Sport. "I think if they're in the Champions League next year should be looked at."

    Derbyshire's County Championship Division Two match with Gloucestershire ends in a draw after play was abandoned before it began on the final day.

    Bad weather has affected this match from the start, and with wet conditions at the County Ground there was little prospect of a result with the visitors still in their first innings.

    They had struggled to 66 for four on Tuesday, replying to Derbyshire's 278, but were comfortable in the knowledge that a draw had long been on the cards.

    The result leaves Derbyshire still searching for a first win of the season at the foot of Division Two. The sides take eight points each.

    Victor Wanyama believes Southampton's owners should have tried harder to keep manager Mauricio Pochettino, with the midfielder conceding his departure to Tottenham is a "big blow".

    "I learnt a lot from him, he taught me more and that's why I have grown as a player and there is a big difference compared to when I was at Celtic," Wanyama, who was signed for £12.5m by the Argentine, was reported to have said on Capital Sports., external

    Today looks back to the 2010 final between Spain and Netherlands, when Andres Iniesta scored the winning goal four minutes from the end of extra-time to secure Spain their first World Cup.
