Dortmund, who beat Arsenal 2-0 last time out, are struggling in 12th place in the Bundesliga and lost 2-1 to Schalke in the Ruhr derby on Saturday.
But they have lost only one of their last six group matches on the road but Anderlecht are in good form and are already four points clear in the Belgian League.
Oslo's hopes of bidding to host the 2022 Winter Olympics seem to be at an end after the country's ruling government party voted against providing financial backing for the bid.
The junior partner in the minority coalition voted against government support in May.
If Oslo pulls out it will leave just two cities in the race: Beijing and Almaty in Kazazhstan after Stockholm, Krakow in Poland and Lviv in Ukraine pulled out earlier.

After being named in the Super League Dream Team and signing an extended contract, the 27-year-old also won the club's weekly lotto, external draw and received a £4,000 tax rebate.

In Group B, as well as Basel v Liverpool, Ludogorets Razgrad host Real Madrid with the game taking place in the Vasil Levski Stadium in Sofia as their 6,000-seater Ludogorets Arena does not meet Uefa standards.
The defending champions, who beat Basel 5-1 in their opener, have the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale, James Rodriguez and Toni Kroos in their squad.
The club has good memories of Bulgaria, having come away with a 1-0 win against Levski Sofia in the 1980 European Cup.
Champion Flat jockey Richard Hughes has taken the lead in the title race for the first time this season when completing a double at Salisbury.
Hughes, who is seeking his third successive title, was victorious on Elysian Flyer and Musicora and now leads Ryan Moore by 145 wins to 144.
"I know he's not trying to be champion, but I am," said Hughes.
Goalkeeper Vito Mannone is happy with Sunderland's defence but admits the players are "desperate" to record a first Premier League win this season.
Mannone, 26, has kept two clean sheets and conceded only six goals in six games, while the winless Black Cats have drawn five in the top flight.
"We wanted to reduce the goals and we've done that, but we're desperate to win," Mannone told BBC Newcastle. "We are happy about the clean sheets - once we get three points I think we'll have a good season."
Britain's Giles Scott is among the shortlist for the 2014 ISAF World Sailor of the Year awards.
The world and European champion and world number one in the Finn class is one of five male nominees for the coveted award, with the three female nominees also including British kiteboard racing world champion Steph Bridge.
The awards, which will be presented on Tuesday, 4 November, are recognised as the top in the sport.
"It's very flattering to be named alongside some amazing sailors in the Awards shortlist," said Scott, who is based in Portland. "It would be a huge honour for my name to appear on the trophy alongside some legends of our sport, but it'll be a tough call to choose between such different sailors who have all done amazing things within their own disciplines."
In Group A tonight, last year's finalists Atletico Madrid host Juventus while Malmo are up against Olympiakos.
Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone returns after serving a one-game ban when his side lost 3-2 at Olympiakos in their opening game.
Juventus have a perfect record in all competitions thanks in no small part to veteran keeper Gianluigi Buffon.
Champions League debutants Malmo believe the home match against Olympiakos is their best chance of a victory in the group while the Greeks go into the game on the back of a 1-0 defeat at Atromitos.
Andy Murray will continue his China Open campaign - and his challenge for a place at November's ATP Finals - at around 09:30 BST on Thursday. More from former Manchester United and England defender Rio Ferdinand, who says he has no issue with ex-United boss David Moyes.
"I've got nothing against him as a person," said the QPR player. "He's a gentleman, a great man. As I said, I've never had any bad words to say about him at all in that respect as a person."
Regarding the criticism of Sir Alex Ferguson for not strengthening the squad before his departure, Ferdinand adds: "So he goes and then it all falls apart? So that's his fault? How can people say that? I don't think the buck stops with Sir Alex Ferguson at all."
Warrington coach Tony Smith will make a late decision on the fitness of Matty Russell for Friday's semi-final against Wigan after the full-back suffered a nasty facial injury in their opening play-off win over Widnes.
He was named in Smith's 19-man squad on Wednesday after resuming full training but will be further assessed by the coach after the squad's final run.
"We haven't made a final decision on him," said Smith. "He's been given the all-clear - he can't do any more damage and his dentist has told him he has fractured high in his teeth so he's probably going to lose them - but we've got to work out whether Matty is able to play with that discomfort.
"I'm expecting him to say he's alright to go and I totally trust his decision. He'll go and give it his all if he goes on the park."

Former England captain Rio Ferdinand says England's players are "treated like complete babies" compared to some of their international counterparts.
Ferdinand, 35, won 81 caps between 1997 and 2011 and made the comment in his new autobiography.
The QPR defender was impressed by how Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal, then coaching the Netherlands, dealt with his players at this year's World Cup - he "treated his players as grown-ups." wrote Ferdinand.
