    Spain leave Chelsea striker Diego Costa out of their squad, external to play Belarus and Germany.

    "I have spoken to our doctors and those of Chelsea and I have decided to leave him out due to the situation with his pelvis," Spain manager Vicente del Bosque tells a news conference.

    The defending European Champions are currently second in their group and hand a first call up to Celta Vigo winger Nolito.

    It's the biggest game in Warrington Town's history, but who are the non-league players looking to deliver an FA Cup surprise against Exeter City in front of the live BBC cameras on Friday?

    Derby County head coach Steve McClaren describes chief executive Sam Rush as the "glue" that binds the Championship club together.

    Rush was named CEO of the year at the Football Business Awards, which is voted for by the chief executives of clubs in England's top four divisions and the Scottish Premier League.

    "He has to pull everybody together and he is the glue in that. It is a very important job and he gives the head coach the freedom to do his job properly," former England boss McClaren told BBC Radio Derby.

    Well, new Blackpool boss Lee Clark isn't wasting any time revamping the squad at the Championship's bottom club.

    The former Birmingham manager was only appointed last Thursday and has signed his fourth player this week, with BBC Radio Humberside reporting that Hull City right-back Brian Lenihan, 20, has joined the Seasiders on loan for a month.

    Clark's other signings? Norwich winger Jacob Murphy on loan and unattached midfield duo Jonathan Legear and former Tottenham man Jamie O'Hara.

    Why are Liverpool miles off another title bid? In his regular BBC Sport column, football pundit Robbie Savage gives us his thoughts as Liverpool prepare to host league leaders Chelsea on Saturday.

    "Part of Liverpool's problem is that they over-achieved massively last season, which has raised expectations unrealistically. That is not Rodgers' fault," says Savage. "Where he can be questioned is in the transfer market, especially up front
