    Andy Murray was on fine form in his BBC interview after his Australian Open quarter-final win over Nick Kyrgios as he indulged in a few mind games with former coach Dani Vallverdu, who is now working with last-four opponent Tomas Berdych.

    "Dani knows my game inside out. I would expect he would come up with a great game plan. It should be perfect," Murray said. "I think it's a huge advantage [for Berdych]. Dani knows my game probably better than anyone."

    Sheffield United midfielder Stefan Scougall insists his team are more than capable of overturning a one-goal deficit against Tottenham tomorrow night to reach the League Cup final.

    After reaching the FA Cup semi-finals last term, the Blades have beaten West Ham and Southampton in the League Cup this season and Scougall said: "We have proved ourselves over the last year whenever we have played a team in a higher league that there is nothing to fear. We can go out and cause another upset.

    "I think you will have around 30,000 Blades fans at Bramall Lane on the night, so I think that is going to help us and drive us on a little bit more."

    Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino hints that reserve goalkeeper Michel Vorm could retain his place for tomorrow's League Cup semi-final second leg at Sheffield United, despite an error gifting Leicester a late winner in the FA Cup on Saturday.

    "This is football. He made a mistake. Every player can make a mistake, we have full confidence in him and must give him support," the Spurs boss said.

    "His attitude is fantastic and nothing has changed, in one action he conceded a goal. I think it should be normal to play Michel."

    Vorm played in the first leg which Spurs won 1-0 courtesy of an Andros Townsend penalty.
