England assistant coach Paul Farbrace has been speaking to the BBC and believes Friday's triangular series match with India, which will decide who meets Australia in the final, will be good preparation for the World Cup next month.

Asked about hopes for the World Cup, Farbrace, who guided Sri Lanka to the World Twenty20 title last year, said: "We'd be hugely disappointed if we didn't get to the quarter final. Once you get to the quarter final it's knock out stages, and that's why Friday's quite exciting because it is a knock out game, and it gives us the chance to see the boys under pressure.
