    Royal Troon Golf Club is to hold a "comprehensive review" of its membership policy.

    Since St Andrews voted to end its 260-year-old male-only membership policy in September, the spotlight has fallen on the other three courses on the Open Championship rota - Troon, Muirfield and Royal St George's - with the same rules.

    Troon has always pointed towards the fact it shares facilities with the Ladies Golf Club, Troon and the two clubs will share the responsibility of hosting The Open in 2016.

    Bath have awarded new contracts to hooker Tom Dunn and lock Charlie Ewels.

    Ewels, 19, made his starting debut in the European Champions Cup game against Toulouse and has captained the first team in the LV= Cup, while 22-year-old Dunn has made 22 senior appearances.

    South Korea's first Olympic swimming gold medallist, Park Tae-Hwan, has failed a doping test.

    The test was administered before the Asian Games in September in Incheon, the Korea Swimming Federation said, with Park's management attributing the failed test to an injection for chiropractic treatment.
