    It's not going to be easy to replace Jurgen Klopp at Borussia Dortmund, but Thomas Tuchel has made a decent impression on his first day on the job.

    Dortmund were led by Klopp since 2008 until his departure at the end of last season, but 41-year-old former Mainz coach Tuchel has faced the media today.

    "We need an attitude that is characterised by hard work, modesty, courage, openness and a perseverance. We must create an atmosphere that is permeated with motivation, which is free from self-interest, and that sustains us," he said.

    Warwickshire director of cricket Dougie Brown says he is confident Ian Bell will get back to his best for England after his recent struggle for form.

    Bell has rejoined Warwickshire after he was not selected for England's one-day series against New Zealand.

    "He has struggled a little bit, especially in the past couple of Test matches," Brown tells BBC WM. "But he is still a top-class player and I am sure we will see the best of him very soon."

    The 33-year-old has scored just 44 runs in his last seven Test innings for his country.
