Deloitte's annual review of football finance in the Premier League is becoming a blur of almost inconceivable numbers.
Equally unbelievable from this year's report is the claim that, in 2013-14, the debts of Championship clubs spiralled to an astonishing £1.1bn. Divide that by 24 clubs and you're looking at £46m debt each.
Little wonder Dan Jones, a partner in Deloitte's sports business division, says that only increases in the parachute payments from the top flight are stopping the second tier having "a truly disastrous financial picture".
Even more alarming? Those parachute payments will be reduced from 2016-17.
