More from Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho:

"In this country only one manager is not under pressure, every other manager is under pressure. [Manuel] Pellegrini, Brendan [Rodgers], Steve McClaren. We cannot lose matches, we cannot be below expectations. I have sympathy for all of them and they have sympathy for me because it is a difficult job.

"There is one for some reason outside that list but good for him."

    Who is that, Jose?

"You know. Can speak about referees before and after, can push people in the technical areas, can cry in the morning, can cry in the afternoon, nothing happens. Can not achieve, keep his job, can still be the king, it is privilege."

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is asked whether he is frustrated about not receiving the written reasons for Diego Costa's ban:

"Your question is clear, you don't need my answer. It is not normal but nothing more to say.

"If I answer I am going to be suspended. I don't comment because in the rule book it says some managers can speak about the referee before and after the game and others cannot. I am in the ones that are punished if they do. I have to stick with that rule book."

Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal will wait until December before deciding whether to send James Wilson out on loan.

The Dutch manager said earlier this month that he planned to send the 19-year-old out on a temporary basis so the player could get some experience, but he remains on United's books.

The United boss said he has "doubts" about whether it would be worthwhile loaning the player to a Championship club.

"I have talked with him and I think we wait until December," van Gaal said.
