Leicester manager Claudio Ranieri has said Riyad Mahrez may take a break from penalty duties after he missed his second successive spot-kick in Saturday's 1-1 draw with Aston Villa.

“Riyad was a little sad. I spoke with him and I said 'come on man, even champions miss penalties. I said 'don’t worry, take a little break and you’ll have a chance to take them again.'

“I will speak with my players [about who takes penalties]. Last season it was Leo Ulloa who took penalties. I will see.”

He will work alongside Alan Curtis for the remainder of the season as the Swans try to avoid relegation.

It remains unclear at this stage just who will actually be in charge or whether the duo will share the responsibility but Curtis will take the team to face the Hornets, just his third match since being named interim manager following the sacking of Garry Monk last month.

Novak Djokovic says match-fixing is not prevalent at the top level of tennis, as allegations of corruption overshadow the start of the Australian Open.

The world number one, who says he rejected £110,000 to lose a match early in his career, says there is "no real proof" of fixing among the elite.

"It's just speculation," said the Serb 10-time Grand Slam champion.

The BBC and BuzzFeed News have obtained secret files that contain evidence of suspected match-fixing in tennis.

Crowds across Britain’s racecourses have exceeded the six million mark for the first time since 2011.

The Racecourse Association has revealed total attendances across Britain’s 59 racecourses reached 6,129,433 in 2015 - which was 309,463 more than 2014 and just 21,810 short of the 2011 record (6,151,243).

"It was a particularly competitive year with the Rugby World Cup and The Ashes, so it is extremely gratifying for racing to have increased its attendance figures and perform well against other sports," said Stephen Atkin, Chief Executive of the RCA.
