    Quick tennis update.

Johanna Konta is locked at one-set each against Russian Ekaterina Makarova - it's going with serve in the second - while Andy Murray has started his fourth round clash against Aussie Bernard Tomic. Murray's just broken in the first set and leads 4-2.

So the Premier League's weekend action was lively, but perhaps not as lively as Argentina's Superclasico, which  descended into chaos as five players were sent off in River Plate's 1-0 off-season 'friendly' win over Boca Juniors.

Boca were down to eight men by the 78th minute, before River's Jonathan Maidana, for headbutting Carlos Tevez, and Leonardo Pisculichi saw red.

"Neither of us behaved well," Tevez said referring to himself and Maidana.

Pisculichi scored the winning goal from the penalty spot in the 17th minute after Tevez had handballed.

No doubt what the match of the weekend was in the Premier League.

Norwich 4 Liverpool 5, Adam Lallana's 95th minute sparking scenes of wild joy so wild that Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp ended up with broken spectacles.

There were no such scenes of joy at Old Trafford - well, at least not for Man United fans - where Charlie Austin scored on his debut to give Southampton a huge win and leave Reds' boss Lous van Gaal under serious pressure.

But what a start it is for new Swans boss Francesco Guidolin, who guided his team to a first ever league win over Everton.

More importantly, it is the first time Swansea have managed successive victories in the Premier League this season and moves them up to 15th in the table.

"In this moment I am very happy," said Italian Guidolin. "This is the first match in Premier League for me. I dreamed of working in Premier League but I didn't dream of winning the first match.

"Six points in two matches is very important for us because the table was not good. Now it is not very good. I hope to have the possibility to go up in the table."

Here here to that say Swansea fans.

Everton boss Roberto Martinez believes his side have become "fearful" of playing at Goodison Park.

The Toffees have won just three of their last 14 home matches and were beaten 2-1 by Swansea on Sunday.

"We were looking forward to coming to Goodison and enjoying our football, but we can't find a way to do that," said Martinez, whose side have not won a home league game since November. "We have become fearful and expect the worst."

Martinez's men have a cup double next. They are in Capital Cup action - taking a 2-1 lead to Manchester City for the second leg of the semi-final on Wednesday - before going to Carlisle in the fourth round of the FA Cup next Sunday.

It was the day Arsenal were meant to lay the ghost of Chelsea, who went into this game unbeaten in their last eight Premier League games against the Gunners.

Even Wenger's bogey man, Jose Mourinho, was out of the picture after his sacking. Wenger has lost five and drawn six of eleven league meetings with his old adversary.

And yet it was the same old story for Arsenal as the frustration of their players and fans inside the Emirates reached boiling point long before the final whistle.

The result is hardly a terminal blow to Arsenal's ambitions but a wound inflicted in familiar fashion. It now remains to be seen how much of an after-effect there is.

To the Premier League now, where it was rather a big weekend.

Let's start with Arsenal-Chelsea, a game Arsene Wenger's men were tipped to win and get three points which would have seen them move level with Leicester at the top of the table.

But it wasn't to be. Chelsea won 1-0 and it is now nine hours and 32 minutes since the Gunners even scored a Premier League goal against Chelsea.

England's fourth and final Test match with South Africa is back underway.

OK, it's a bit of a dead rubber - Alastair Cook's men have already sealed a series victory - but it's mildly intriguing nonetheless.

And England have had a good start, James Anderson taking the wicket of South Africa opener Stephen Cook, leaving the hosts on 49-2. That's the good news. The bad is the tourists are 182 runs behind.

First stop Melbourne, where Johanna Konta is wearing a very natty pink top as she attempts to become the first British women to reach the quarter-final of a Grand Slam since 1984.

She's taking on Russian Ekaterina Makarova - a player ranked 23 places above her - and it's proving hard going so far.

Konta lost a tight first set 6-4 but it's going better in the second, the Brit serving for the set at 5-4 up. You will find live text commentary here.
