    The "old Swansea City" are back after a run of improved performances, according to midfielder Gylfi Sigurdsson.

    Since new coach Francesco Guidolin was appointed on 18 January, he Swans - who drew at West Brom last night - have picked up seven points from three games.

    "I definitely think we are seeing the old Swansea again," Sigurdsson told BBC Wales Sport. "We are playing much better than we were."

    David Bytheway, a 22-year-old from Wolverhampton, is an official player for Bundesliga side Wolfsburg - but he's not a footballer, he's a pro-gamer.

    Speaking to 5 live Breakfast's Nicky Campbell, David described gaming as a "mental sport" but that it would be "a very long process" before it were ever seen in the Olympics.

    He said "in a way it is just playing computer games but you could say Barcelona are just playing football".

    David has been playing at a professional level since he was around 17 and also works for EA Sports on their gaming community and forums.

    Sami Khedira faces a race to be fit for Juventus's Champions league round of 16 clash with Bayern Munich later this month after being sidelined with a thigh injury.

    Khedira, who missed the first two months of the season with a thigh injury. has played a key role in helping Juve win 12 consecutive Serie A matches.

    A total of 126 entries have been received for this year's Grand National meeting - the highest number since 2008 and 28 more than in 2015.

    Trainer Paul Nicholls has the most entries (nine) for the 9 April meeting at Aintree, including dual King George VI Chase winner Silviniaco Conti.

    Last year's third-placed horse, Monbeg Dude, is the only one of the 2015 top six not to be entered this time.

    Billy Vunipola has revealed that England have been told to stop being "too nice" by head coach Eddie Jones.

    Jones takes charge of his first match in Saturday's Six Nations opener against Scotland at Murrayfield.

    "For Eddie we have been too nice. In the past we have been a bit lax and now we have to find our motivation and reason to bring the devil," Vunipola said.

    "If we lose a scrum and the opponents push us back then he wants us to us to have the attitude that 'next time you come around I'm going to smash you'."

    The bottom line is that Leicester City are good enough. They've shown they have the passion and energy to outwork teams but they've also showed they have very good players in the side. Everyone from the defence to the midfield and attack. It's a team of good, good players who are capable of making history this season.

    A 15-year-old boy has been arrested following alleged reports of racist behaviour at Carlisle United's fourth round FA Cup tie against Everton on Sunday.

    The boy, from Carlisle, has been bailed until 9 March.

    The incident happened after Everton's first goal in the match at Brunton Park, which Carlisle lost 3-0.

    Police say they are working closely with United to identify any other suspects.

    Norwich boss Alex Neil described Tottenham's penalty in Tuesday's 3-0 defeat at Carrow Road as "probably the weakest penalty" he has seen all season. 

    Kevin Friend pointed to the spot after Sebastien Bassong collided with Dele Alli in the box, and Harry Kane converted to give Spurs a 2-0 lead.

    "It happens all over the pitch on a regular basis and there's very few times you see a free-kick given," he told BBC Radio Norfolk.

    Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger acknowledged his side are playing catch-up in the Premier League title race after their goalless home draw with Southampton.

    The Gunners are without a win in four league games and are fourth in table, five points behind leaders Leicester.

    "We have to catch that back and we have a difficult programme, especially away from home," Wenger told the club's official website. "We need to respond quickly away from home now."

    Jason Roy smashed 48 off 30 balls, adding 68 for the first wicket with Alex Hales after the tourists won the toss in Bloemfontein.

    England left out James Taylor despite his run-a-ball century in their only warm-up game.
