Academics at Sheffield University have waded into the old - usually subjective - debate about who is the greatest F1 driver in history by coming up with a model, external that takes the team/car influence out of the equation.

Led by Dr Andrew Bell, it comes up with an interesting top 10. There’s no major surprise to see Juan Manuel Fangio at number one, but after that it’s less conventional - with Fernando Alonso at number three, Michael Schumacher at nine and Alain Prost second ahead of Ayrton Senna in fifth.

However the International Tennis Federaion say they will still hold an anti-doping hearing into the Russian's case.

Five-time Grand Slam winner Sharapova tested positive for the drug at this year's Australian Open in January.

If you're looking for a maximum,

    Don't call Un-Nooh.

Quite incredibly, for the second time this season, Thailand's Thepchaiya Un-Nooh missed the final ball black when on for a maximum 147 break.
