West Ham will pay an annual rent of £2.5m per year at the Olympic Stadium over the course of their 99-year lease, it has been revealed after the Hammers' tenancy deal was made public.
Owners the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) had fought a ruling that the contract should be made public, but the appeal was rejected by an Information Tribunal earlier this week.
The club were awarded tenancy of the London 2012 stadium in 2013, and at least £272m has been spent to convert the site for use as a Premier League ground.
West Ham have contributed £15m towards those costs.
Last year a BBC documentary revealed the club was having many of the running costs of the stadium paid for it by the taxpayer under the terms of the tenancy agreement.

Liverpool will reportedly receive £300,000 from Manchester City after the latter's progress to the Champions League semi-final triggered a clause in the agreement that took Raheem Sterling to the Etihad Stadium in July.
Sterling, 21, was sold by Liverpool for an initial £44m with another £5m dependent on City's success during his time at the club.
"Further triggers will be activated if City win the tournament outright during Sterling’s period at the club," writes Chris Bascombe in the Daily Telegraph. , external

The Crucible Theatre is primed for the draw for the 2016 World Championship, with the 16 automatic seeds awaiting the 16 qualifiers.
The intrigue this year sees 11 time ranking winner Ding Junhui facing one of the seeds in the first round after coming through three matches in qualifying. The Chinese player has dropped to 17 in the world, but he will be a player no-one will want to face.
Other qualifiers include 2002 champion Peter Ebdon and two-time finalist Ali Carter.
Surprisingly, defending champion Stuart Bingham is a long 28-1 shot with the bookmakers to win the title again, while fans will be waiting to see who favourite Ronnie O'Sullivan comes up against.
