Nick Taylor: 2 changes. Start the XI that started the 2nd half against Wales. We've stumbled on the winning formula, now lets stick to it!

Michael Dalton: To drop Rooney is crazy. He should be up front scoring. He is Englands top goal scorer.

Andrew Neill: If he started the same team and Rooney/ Walker/ Alli got injured he'd be criticised too so 2/3 changes understandable. 6 however.....

Billy Carr: 6 changes is too much! Especially Rooney who along with Walker has been our best! Do we not want to be top? Asking for trouble.

David Funnell: Keep the positive run going,it's a competition, the idea is to keep winning, they are professional sportsman "rest".

Vincenzo Re: Tournament is short and team momentum more important than resting players, who may only have 1 game left.

Plenty to talk about as we build up to two big Euro 2016 matches, and as ever we want your input...

Would six changes, as some newspapers have reported, be too much of a gamble for England against Slovakia? Should captain Wayne Rooney be rested?

And what about Wales? What line-up would enable them to get the most out of their talisman Gareth Bale? Should they make any changes as they take on Russia.

A film of his stunned response reached striker Kyle Lafferty, who arranged a Facetime call to Zak on Sunday to wish him a happy birthday.
