Some lovely analogies from Rafa here...
EFL Cup, Newcastle v Wolves (Tues, 19:45 BST)
More from Newcastle manager Rafa Benitez, whose side slipped to third in the Championship after the 2-0 defeat by Tuesday's cup opponents Wolves.
"We have watched the game back and have been talking to the staff and players; analysing what was wrong and trying to fix the problems," he says.
"We made technical and tactical mistakes. Now is the time to realise it's not a parade. We have to work hard in every single game."
EFL Cup, Newcastle v Wolves (Tues 19:45 BST)
Newcastle play Wolves for the second time in four days, having lost 2-0 to them at St James' Park in the Championship on Saturday.
There is an update on Vurnon Anita who was sent off at the weekend. The Press Association's Damian Spellman quotes Benitez as saying the club will appeal against the red card.
As for Tuesday's EFL Cup game, Benitez says: "We will make some changes to keep everyone on their toes. Everyone can help and make a difference. All the players have to be ready."

EFL Cup, Derby v Liverpool (Tues, 19:45 BST)
Liverpool travel to Championship side Derby on Tuesday and boss Jurgen Klopp says he watches a lot of the English second tier - at least partly because Huddersfield are managed by his close friend David Wagner...
EFL Cup, Derby v Liverpool (Tues, 19:45 BST)
What about the team news?
Well, as reported by the Press Association's Carl Markham, Klopp says: "We have only a strong line-up for this game. It is not about resting 100% fit players.
"Roberto Firmino (below) is in training. He could have played but I was told if we give him three days everything would be perfect. Today is the fourth day.
"Mamadou Sakho is still working toward fitness but it's a big difference to being match fit."
EFL Cup, Derby v Liverpool (Tues, 19:45 BST)
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is first out of the blocks...
On the EFL Cup itself, in which Liverpool were the beaten finalists last season, he says: "It makes only sense to have the aim of winning it. We have a real competitive game versus a strong side.
"Being part of a final is only great if you win it. It is not about talking about trophies, it is about getting as close to winning them. It doesn't help to talk about it."
EFL Cup, Leicester v Chelsea (Tues, 19:45 BST)

Sheffield Wednesday are set to announce the retirement of Jeremy Helan, who plans to quit football at the age of 24 in order to focus on religion.
BBC Radio Sheffield understands the club will confirm that winger Helan, a devout Muslim, is leaving Hillsborough.
The Frenchman has made one appearance for Wednesday this season and 144 in total since arriving from Manchester City in 2012, initially on loan.
He spent two months on loan at Wolves last season.

If Lewis Hamilton has been feeling a bit down (or even a bit lost) at seeing his team-mate Nico Rosberg take the drivers' championship lead, then he can take heart from Mercedes team chief Toto Wolff's comments.
"You have seen little waves, and I remember talking about Lewis a couple of weeks ago, and now we have had a mega Nico weekend, but we could see a change again in Malaysia."
However, a word of warning too from Wolff, who said of Rosberg's Singapore GP win: "I've known Nico since 2013 and that is the best Nico Rosberg I have ever seen throughout a weekend since then."
Former England midfielder Paul Gascoigne has been fined £1,000 and ordered to pay £1,000 in compensation after pleading guilty to racially aggravated abuse because of a "joke" he told during a show.
Gascoigne, 49, made the comment during An Evening With Gazza in Wolverhampton on 30 November 2015.
At Dudley Magistrates' Court, Gascoigne, who lives in Dorset, admitted using "threatening or abusive words or behaviour".
He changed his plea to guilty before the first witness was called.
After Gascoigne's change of plea, District Judge Graham Wilkinson told the court the ex-player had admitted "the sort of insidious racism" that needed to be challenged.

Just 10 points separate the three sides heading into the final rounds of matches. In fact, Yorkshire are second ahead of Somerset by just one point. Which of Steven Finn, Adam Lyth and Chris Rogers will be celebrating on 23 September?
Yorkshire play table-toppers Middlesex at Lord's, Somerset play Nottinghamshire at Taunton.
There's a fair few permutations when it comes to where the title could be headed, so if you want the complete picture, here's our guide to the whole thing.

Charlie Austin, who helped Southampton get their first Premier League win under manager Claude Puel, admits he was "frustrated" to have played from the bench against Swansea.
However, he adds: "We've got a great squad here and they're all fighting for places. The manager wants to play a rotation system and he's the boss.
"Strikers are credited on goals. Stats don't lie and, for me, I like to be in the box to score goals. But to be honest I should have scored three."

A lawyer for Michael Schumacher, 47, has told a court in Germany that the seven-time Formula 1 world champion "cannot walk" following his skiing injury.
Felix Damm was detailing the extent of Schumacher's injuries in a lawsuit against German magazine Bunte, which reported last Christmas that the seven-time world champion could walk again.
But Mr Damm said: "Unfortunately we are forced by a recent press report to clarify that the assertion that Michael could move again is not true."
