Pogba and Ibrahimovic are suffering at Man Utd - Millspublished at 09:19 British Summer Time 24 October 2016

    Football

Paul Pogba and Zlatan Ibrahimovic are being 'dragged down' by some of their Manchester United team-mates performances, according to Danny Mills.

"When you put a great player into an average side, his level goes down because those players aren't as good as he's used to," he told 5 live.

"They can't do the things that he does and I think maybe Pogba and Ibrahimovic are suffering a little bit from that at the moment.

"The other players around them aren't supporting them, they're not quite up to that level and I think they're possibly dragging the other players down."

Things went better - in a fashion - for Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola on a Sunday.

They rescued a point against Southampton but the league leaders have not won in five games.

Guardiola kept his players in the dressing room for nearly an hour after the game but he wasn't spilling the beans on what was said.

"The red wine was good and I took a little bit longer!" he said.

"We were together - we speak but nothing special. We speak about what is the situation."

"I always show great respect for everyone, including Manchester United."

Mourinho apologises to Man Utd fanspublished at 08:33 British Summer Time 24 October 2016

    Football

It's fair to say Jose Mourinho's return to Chelsea didn't go quite as planned, as his Manchester United side were comprehensively beaten 4-0.

"To the millions of fans we have around the world they have a bad feeling and I am so sorry for that," said Mourinho.

"I have to apologise as the leader of the dressing room and the only thing I can say is I'm 100% Man Utd, not 99% for Man Utd and 1% for Chelsea."
