    FC Rostov registered their first Champions League victory in some style, with a 3-2 win over Bayern Munich.

    The Russian Premier League side became the first Russian team to beat Bayern in Champions League history.

    The result means that Bayern will finish second in Group D, meaning a potential last 16 face off with Leicester City.

    Manchester CIty manager Pep Guardiola reckons his side are lucky that they can't face Bayern Munich in the next round of the Champions League.

    Both sides qualified second in their groups after City's 1-1 draw with Borussia Monchengladbach.

    "Whoever faces Bayern is going to suffer and I am lucky in that case," Guardiola said.

    "Today, all the teams are so strong and anything can happen."

    Celtic were eliminated from European competition as Barcelona secured top spot in Group C.

    Lionel Messi scored twice, first knocking in a Neymar pass before scoring a penalty after half-time.

    It leaves Celtic with two points from three games, after two defeats to Barca and a home loss to Gladbach.

    Celtic can still draw level on points with third-placed Borussia Monchengladbach in third, the German side have a superior head-to-head record.

    Arsenal look set for another second place finish after their 2-2 draw against Paris St-Germain.

    Edinson Cavani slid PSG into an early lead, before Olivier Giroud equalised through a penalty.

    Arsenal went ahead thanks to a Marco Verratti rebound, but Lucas headed home with 13 minutes to go to move PSG top of Group A.

    Arsenal have failed to get past the last 16 in the past six years, despite reaching the knockout stages every season since 2003-04.

    Fancy a bit of Champions League round up?

    David Silva struck to ensure Manchester City reached the knockout stages for the fourth consecutive season after a 1-1 draw at Borussia Monchengladbach.

    Raffael put Monchengladbach in front with a drive past Claudio Bravo, before Silva tapped in Kevin de Bruyne's cross to bring the scores level.

    Both sides were reduced to ten men, with Monchengladbach captain Laris Stindl and City striker Fernandinho both shown two yellows.

    The result was enough to ensure City will finish second in Group C.
