Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola says it's important not to forget his team lack experience in Europe after their 1-1 draw with Celtic.

Guardiola was impressed with the performance of City loanee Patrick Roberts, who scored the goal for the Hoops against his parent club, but said no decisions would be made on the player until the end of the season.

The Football Association - as part of its widened review into child sex abuse allegations - expects to interview Crewe director of football Dario Gradi.

That comes after a report in the Independent newspaper, external that in 1974, when Gradi was Chelsea's assistant manager, he visited the parents of a 15-year-old youth-team player at the club to “smooth over” a complaint of sexual assault against Eddie Heath, the chief scout who has been identified as a repeat offender in the 1970s.

No action is thought to have been taken against Heath by Chelsea. Gradi denies any wrongdoing.

Gradi refused to comment to the BBC about his links with Heath last week.

He has expressed “sympathy” for Crewe players who have alleged sexual abuse, and said he had no knowledge of it at the time.

Manchester City were already guaranteed second place in their Champions League group, behind Barcelona, and played out a low key 1-1 draw with Celtic at the Etihad.

City boss Pep Guardiola made nine changes from the team that lost at home to Chelsea on Saturday, including teenagers Pablo Maffeo and Tosin Adarabioyo.

    Arsenal are happy this morning.....

That's because they have finished top of their Champions League group for the first time since 2011-12.

They were inspired by a Lucas Perez hat-trick as they thrashed Basel 4-1 in Switzerland, with Alex Iwobi also getting on the scoresheet.

Paris St-Germain could only manage a draw against Ludogorets Razgrad, as the Ligue 1 side missed out on top spot in group A.
