    That Men's -63kg semi-final went at a million miles an hour there...

    Bradly Sinden, making his first senior appearance at a World Championships,was chasing the whole way but the Brit had the fight of his life to come back to within just nine points.

    The referee is got a little happy with his penalty points and they seemed to go Sinden's way...

    After an incredibly frantaic and intense fight, it ended 43-29. A ridiculously high score...

    Sinden takes bronze back from Muju - the 18-year-old should be delighted.

    The EFL will announce the Premier League and Championship clubs that will enter next season's Checkatrade Trophy at 11:00 BST.

    Of the 'big six', only Chelsea competed in last season's tournament.

    It is anticipated the line-up will be stronger in 2017-18, with Manchester City amongst those who will compete.

    Sixteen Under-21 teams with category A academies will compete on an invitation basis, joining the 48 League One and Two clubs, who enter automatically.

    Manchester United have turned down the invitation.

    But hold fire, before we look at the papers, let's start with a confirmed signing, Chelsea defender Nathan Ake has joined Bournemouth for a club record fee, believed to be £20m.

    The 22-year-old has signed a "long term" deal, which is also been widely reported to include a buy-back clause for Chelsea.

    Ake spent the start of last season on loan with Bournemouth but was recalled by Chelsea in the January transfer window. He recently earned his first international cap for the Netherlands.
