    "We view the players we have brought in as regular starters. If we compare where we were at the end of last season I think we are stronger."

    Stoke have signed Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting on a free transfer, Bruno Martins Indi and Josh Tymon both for £7m this summer and have also brought Kurt Zouma and Jese Rodriguez in on season-long loans.
