Max Litchfield has been through so much with his injury and rehab and his best is a second and half quicker than that.
But he's in a great place two years out from the Tokyo Olympics.
It's about building your confidence up after injury and he was up against David Verraszto, who has years and years of endurance under his belt
400m individual medley
Max Litchfield speaking to BBC Sport after winning silver: "To come back on the last day and swim like that, I don't know what to say.
"It was a good swim, I got pipped at the finish but David (Verraszto, gold medal winner) is a great guy - so I'm happy with that.
"I could hear the crowd on the breaststroke and I thought you know what I'm going to go all out here but in the end he got the touch. It feels fantastic to come back from a hard season. I'm just really happy.
"Everyone I've worked with this year has been brilliant I can't thank them enough for all their help. We're going to come back stronger."

Max should be proud of himself. What a stepping stone and if this is a comeback meet after the shoulder injury, what is he capable of?
The crowd is really noisy, unbelievable!
A brilliant silver medal for Litchfield.

Litchfield was fast out of the blocks and usually the fly isn't his best stroke but he's dong it beautifully.
What a fantastic start from the British swimmer.
He left every ounce of energy in the pool to get here.

Women’s 200m backstroke final (17:20 BST)
The Iron Lady generally steered clear of Glasgow.
Hungary's world and Olympic silver medalist Katinka Hosszu - who goes by that nickname - withdrew from the heats of this one to concentrate on Wednesday’s 200m individual medley.
She won, so it seems like it was a good call.
The fastest qualifier is Margherita Panziera of Italy, but watch out for Hosszu's team-mate Katalin Burian. No Brits in this one either.
