She is absolutely now one of the best in the world. When other athletes are training for these world medals, they will have Dina Asher-Smith in mind.

Image source, GettyLong jump bronze medallist Shara Proctor, speaking on BBC TV: "It was a good competition, it was fun. I had to fight for my spot and I love that. I earned my spot, even though I wanted more.
"I came away with a medal and I'm happy with that. The wind was back and forth, it was swirling so it was hard to adjust on the runway.
"I'm back to where I want to be, I'm healthy, strong and confident, and I know I can go further. I have a lot more talent and a lot more to come."
4x400m relay
Martyn Rooney, who ran Britain's fourth leg, speaking to BBC Sport: "It was a tough leg. There were six or seven teams that put themselves out there to beat us - not run their own race.
"Everyone was so scared of us so, they changed their orders just to beat us - Spain front-loaded their team and I knew if I could track them I was going to be okay.
"It's very tough, the timetable for the girls, but the team spirit has been incredible. Obviously Matt (Hudson-Smith) has done an amazing thing so we're buzzing for him - congrats to him and congrats to the women."

Matthew Hudson-Smith after winning silver: "My legs were cramping even before the final and I was just hoping to get through the relay, do anything to just get over the line and I did what i needed to do."

Rabah Yousif after running the lead-off leg: "I tried to set them off the best I can. I felt a bit sluggish but I gave it my all. It wasn't good enough but we move on and we see what's next."

You have to give credit to Eilidh Doyle. She's always a competitor and that's why you always want her on the anchor leg. She ran smart and didn't depend on other athletes. She took a bit of a risk and it paid off.

"I've seen my mum and dad, my physio, they were all going bananas and I really want to see John (her coach) because all his patience, focus and dedication - it's testament to his skills that I could go and put these two times together this week.
"I can't remember the race to be honest, I just thought I'd go out there and run."

That is an excellent performance from a Poland quartet that asked their two stars to come back and do an incredible job for the team.
Great Britain can be pretty happy with their performance - everyone ran a pretty solid race they just didn't quite have enough.
