    Pittsburgh Steelers 13-17 Baltimore Ravens

Real concern on the faces of team-mates and Ravens players alike. The stretcher has been called for.

    JuJu Smith-Schuster is in tears.

Oh, Mason Rudolph is up and talking, smiling even. That is a good sign. A huge cheer goes up and he's going to limp off the field.

  2. ouch!

    Ouch!published at 20:00 British Summer Time 6 October 2019

    Pittsburgh Steelers 13-17 Baltimore Ravens

This is really worrying. Steelers' QB Mason Rudolph has been smashed by two Ravens as he throws the ball, one in front and one behind. He's unconscious before he hits the floor, his right hand still pointing downfield as he lurches horribly to the floor.

Rudolph is, of course, only in as number one Ben Roethlisberger is out for the season.

    Oakland Raiders 17-7 Chicago Bears

You bet it's a Bears crowd! Anthony Miller leaps above Raiders safety Lamarcus Joyner to claim a 32-yard reception.

Great catch. And loudest cheer of the night in Tottenham.

Rakesh Pradhan: By far the Bears fans are outnumbering the #raidernation at the Tottenham stadium but the autumn wind is raider and they're blowing up a storm.

    Oakland Raiders 17-7 Chicago Bears

The Bears are moving. Chase Daniel finds tight end J.P. Holtz for a 16-yard gain, just into Oakland territory. Their best drive yet.

  7. Overturned - score anyway!published at 19:56 British Summer Time 6 October 2019

    Tennessee Titans 7-7 Buffalo Bills

Well then, that Marcus Mariota TD was overturned after a review - they say he didn't hit the pylon before his knee was downed - but the Titans score on the next play anyway.

    Fair dos.

  8. Postpublished at 19:53 British Summer Time 6 October 2019

    Oakland Raiders 17-7 Chicago Bears

That's more like it from the Bears defence. They restrict Oakland to just 198 yards before they have to punt.

  9. Postpublished at 19:53 British Summer Time 6 October 2019

    Tennessee Titans 7-7 Buffalo Bills

Marcus Mariota comes to the party! It's absolutely lashing it down in Nashville, the Titans have been struggling on offense so the quarterback just takes off and runs for the corner all on his own.

He's clobbered by two defenders as he flies in but he makes it over. Brilliant play!

New Orleans Saints 24-10 Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Are the Saints missing Drew Brees? I mean, of course. But also, not all that much. It helps when your stand in Teddy Bridgewater can throw like this. Just cannons one into the end zone where Ted Ginn is wide open. A 33-yard score!

Philadelphia Eagles 21-0 New York Jets

Adaeze: It's difficult to believe these two teams are in the same division. Jets are awful.

  12. Postpublished at 19:45 British Summer Time 6 October 2019

    Houston Texans 23-17 Atlanta Falcons

A high-scoring game in Houston as the Texans come up inches short on a fine passing play, so just charge it over from point-blank range instead. Carlos Hyde.

    Breaking

    Oakland Raiders 17-7 Chicago Bears

A turnover hurts Oakland big time. They lose the ball and Chicago punch it in from just a few yards out. David Montgomery. Eddy Pineiro adds the kick and the Bears are right back in this.

Philadelphia Eagles 21-0 New York Jets

I've watched NFL on and off for getting on for 30 years and I'm not sure I can really remember seeing the Jets win...

They'll be three TDs down at the break as the Eagles score again with seconds left - Zach Ertz with the points. De Niro and Cooper will be buzzing.

    Tennessee Titans 0-7 Buffalo Bills

    Pittsburgh Steelers 10-17 Baltimore Ravens

  20. Saints lead againpublished at 19:24 British Summer Time 6 October 2019

New Orleans Saints 17-10 Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Good game this. Teddy Bridgewater has his second TD pass of the half, to Jared Cook. Cook is absolutely levelled as he makes the catch but somehow clings on to score. That impact would have hospitalised you or I.
