  1. Postpublished at 15:18 British Summer Time 15 October 2023

    Baltimore Ravens 6-3 Tennessee Titans

A couple of runs from quarterback Lamar Jackson get Baltimore a first down at the six-yard line.

But Tennessee keep out Gus Edwards on two successive runs, although the Ravens are on the one-and-a-half-yard line...

  2. Great play!published at 15:16 British Summer Time 15 October 2023

    Baltimore Ravens 6-3 Tennessee Titans

Huge, huge punt return from Devin Duvernay!

He finds a gap and then another and he's away to the races!

Fair play to the punter, Ryan Stonehouse who hustles back to force him out of bounds when a touchdown looked inevitable.

Still a 70-yard run though and Baltimore are right back in the redzone.

  3. Postpublished at 15:14 British Summer Time 15 October 2023

    Baltimore Ravens 6-3 Tennessee Titans

A Ryan Tannehill pass is batted down and the Titans will have to punt the ball away.

  4. Illegal formation penaltypublished at 15:14 British Summer Time 15 October 2023

    Baltimore Ravens 6-3 Tennessee Titans

Running back Derrick Henry takes a direct snap on third-down-and-one for Tennessee and he gets the yard needed and several more besides.

But the Titans are penalised for an illegal formation which cancels out the first down and now it's third-and-six...

  5. 'Red Zone' defencepublished at 15:13 British Summer Time 15 October 2023

    Baltimore Ravens 6-3 Tennessee Titans

You'll hear a lot about 'red zone defence' today - and that's because both teams are pretty good at stopping the opposition from scoring touchdowns from inside the 20-yard line (the red zone).

Heading into this game the Titans had allowed just six TDs from the 17 times opposition teams had made it into their red zone, while the Ravens are even tougher having allowed only three TDs from 12 opposition possessions.

  6. End of the first quarterpublished at 15:09 British Summer Time 15 October 2023

    Baltimore Ravens 6-3 Tennessee Titans

Tennessee's second drive begins with a short Derrick Henry run and that brings up the end of the first quarter at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Three points separate the sides after two field goals for the Baltimore Ravens and one for the 'home team', the Tennessee Titans.

  7. field goal

    Baltimore Ravens 6-3 Tennessee Titans

But the Baltimore drive falters as they go back to the run game and are stopped well short twice.

Lamar Jackson tries to find Odell Beckham Jr with a lofted pass on third down but it's too high and the Ravens settle for another field goal via the boot of Justin Tucker.

  8. Great play!published at 15:02 British Summer Time 15 October 2023

    Baltimore Ravens 3-3 Tennessee Titans

First catch of the day for Odell Beckham Jr, who I once named my fantasy team after.

It's only two yards but then bang, next play, - he reminds us what a big-play player he can be with a brilliant catch and run into Tennessee territory.

Nelson Agholor hauls one in after that and all of a sudden Baltimore are inside the Titans' 30-yard line.

  9. Boos don't bode well for Tannehillpublished at 14:59 British Summer Time 15 October 2023

Buffalo Bills fans created a wall of noise whenever Trevor Lawrence and the Jacksonville Jaguars were in possession last week, especially on third down.

Tennessee fans have just done the same for Ryan Tannehill, booing as he first came on to the field - but he's their own quarterback!

Back in Nashville, it's been reported that if the Titans don't win today they could replace Tannehill at QB after an underwhelming start to the season. Sounds like most Titans fans would be on board with that decision.

  10. field goal

Field goal - Titanspublished at 14:57 British Summer Time 15 October 2023

    Baltimore Ravens 3-3 Tennessee Titans

After Nick Westbrook-Ikhine fails to haul in a Ryan Tannehill pass under pressure in the end zone, Tennessee come within a yard of a first down through Chris Moore.

However, he's just short and the Titans settle for the field goal to level matters instead of gambling on fourth down.

It's an easy chip shot for Nick Folk.

  11. Another penalty on Ravenspublished at 14:55 British Summer Time 15 October 2023

    Baltimore Ravens 3-0 Tennessee Titans

    Harsh.

Damarion Williams is called for pass interference on Titans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins.

Hopkins just seemed to run into him as the Ravens cornerback was trying to intercept a Ryan Tannehill throw.

But the penalty puts Tennessee into the redzone, inside the 20-yard line.

  13. First downs for Titanspublished at 14:50 British Summer Time 15 October 2023

    Baltimore Ravens 3-0 Tennessee Titans

A couple of nice throws from Tennessee quarterback Ryan Tannehill.

Wide receiver Nick Westbrook-Ikhine and tight end Josh Whyle the beneficiaries to give the Titans a pair of first downs.

Whyle is wobbly as he gets up though and there will be a delay while he's treated - concussion protocols may come into effect here.

  14. Penalty on Baltimorepublished at 14:48 British Summer Time 15 October 2023

    Baltimore Ravens 3-0 Tennessee Titans

It seemed Tennessee's opening drive would go three-and-out but Ravens cornerback Marlon Humphrey is penalised for pass interference on Titans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins.

The Titans retain the ball just inside their own half.

  15. Postpublished at 14:45 British Summer Time 15 October 2023

    Baltimore Ravens 3-0 Tennessee Titans

The Baltimore kick-off goes out of the back of the endzone and Tennessee will start their first drive of the game at their 25-yard line.

  16. field goal

Field goal - Ravenspublished at 14:42 British Summer Time 15 October 2023

    Baltimore Ravens 3-0 Tennessee Titans

Big stop from the Titans' defense.

The Ravens were just outside the redzone on second-and-two but Tennessee stuffed the run on two successive plays to hold Baltimore to a field goal.

Veteran Justin Tucker does the honours to edge the Ravens in front.

  17. Get Involved: A London Super Bowl?published at 14:40 British Summer Time 15 October 2023

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell was asked a recent fan forum about the Super Bowl being held in London in the future - his response?

"It is not impossible, and it is something that has been discussed before."

That immediately sent tongues wagging but it won't be happening any time soon.

"I think that is not out of the question," Goodell added. "But at the end of the day, I think right now our formula will stay the same about playing [Super Bowls] in cities that have franchises."

So, do you think the Super Bowl will ever be held outside of the USA? Hit those thumbs....

  18. First down Ravenspublished at 14:36 British Summer Time 15 October 2023

    Baltimore Ravens 0-0 Tennessee Titans

Big play from Ravens wide receiver Nelson Agholor to shoot through a gap on third-down-and-five.

He was going to the house but just got tripped up on halfway. Had that not happened, there was an open field for the ex-Philadelphia Eagle to run into.

  19. Kick-offpublished at 14:33 British Summer Time 15 October 2023

    Baltimore Ravens 0-0 Tennessee Titans

Raucous renditions of the UK and US national anthems in the books.

And we're under way as the Tennessee Titans kick off.

We'll see the Baltimore offense up first after a nice return to the 27-yard line from Devin Duvernay.

  20. Johnson's record under threat?published at 14:30 British Summer Time 15 October 2023

Baltimore Ravens v Tennessee Titans (14:30 BST)

    Ben Collins
BBC Sport at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

I spoke with former running back Chris Johnson yesterday, who now does a podcast, external with his former Titans team-mate LenDale White.

We could hear more of him this season as his record for total yards from scrimmage - 2,509 set in 2009 - could come under threat from the San Francisco 49ers' Christian McCaffrey.

Johnson, 38, is also one of just eight players to rush for more than 2,000 yards in a season - registering 2,006 in that 2009 season. Current Titans running back Derrick Henry topped that in 2020, reaching 2,027.

On Henry, Johnson said: "He needs touches. Once the Titans locked in on him, we just had to continue to have him involved and get him the touches that he needs, that’s when we’ve seen him thrive and turn into the type of player that he is. As long as he can be in games and we continue to run the ball, I think you’ll always see that out of him."
