    Men's 5,000m

A quick turnaround for the athletes who won medals in the 5,000m. Mo Farah gets a silver medal and he looks proud as punch as he takes acclaim from the stadium.

Muktar Edris has the gold, and here's what he said afterwards:

"I was highly prepared for this race and I knew I was going to beat Mo Farah. After the 10km he was maybe tired so he did not have enough for the last kick. I was stronger."

"Mo has many victories but now I have one. I am the new champion for Ethiopia. That's why I did the Mobot. I am the next champion."

What a fantastic race. When they got to the fourth-leg runners it was nip and tuck. It was very, very tight the handover from the Americans. The baton doesn't go in first time and they are fumbling.

Rio last year - bronze. World Championships this year - silver. We are getting closer.

Very strong from our team there. Even in the most tense of moments.

Asha Philip exploded out of the blocks. That first changeover was such a stretch. But it was just about inside the area.

That's fine. "Just about" is fine for me.

    A well deserved silver medal.

Brilliant 4x1 relay silver for GB quartet - first change looked a bit stretched but they held it together. Proper tight team.

Until 100m champ Tori Bowie pulled away in the last 20m or so that was in the balance! Daryll Neita could smell a gold medal there. The crowd have gone nuts though. A great run.

The relay teams really get into the pose by the fireworks routine. Remember the US doing Charlie's Angels? Germany and the Swiss give it a good go before the Brits mime a tea round. Good to see.
