    Round 3

Breazeale pinned up against the ropes, there is swelling under his right eye. Maybe he does not have the skills, but he certainly has some guts. Joshua is completely dominant, but will he make a careless mistake?

A quick left counter hits Breazeale on the chin as the American makes a late attempt to land something.

This is Joshua's 17th professional fight and only the second time he has seen round four.

    Round 3

We are into round three and it has been all Joshua. Huge credit to Breazeale for still being in there though. Not many would have survived that second round. The American is getting some plaudits, but, unfortunately for him, also a beating.

Round 2: Anthony Joshua v Dominic Breazeale

Joshua attacks. The American in huge trouble after a crushing right uppercut saw his legs let him down. He wobbles, and somehow stays on his feet when many would have crumbled. Amazingly, we are still going.

Round 2: Anthony Joshua v Dominic Breazeale

Breazeale is already in trouble. He is trying to block, but Joshua is too fast, the threat is coming from everywhere, from all angles.

Round 1: Anthony Joshua v Dominic Breazeale

Nothing from Breazeale in the opener as the American has to soak up a couple of powerful shots to the head in the opening round, including a fast, sweet left hook.

Nevertheless, the American is able to swing back, although unsuccessfully and off balance.

Round 1: Anthony Joshua v Dominic Breazeale

A left hook that just misses Breazeale's face within seconds and it is a bright start for the Briton. The American looks off the pace, already, inside the opening minute. He looks easy to hit. And that is great news for Joshua.

What a reception for Joshua. Not many of his fights last long. Only one of 16 has gone past three rounds. Can Breazeale cause a huge, huge surprise?

    Time to go.

  13. Time to silence the crowd?published at 23:23 British Summer Time 25 June 2016

A bit of grime, or should that be grim, as an Anthony Joshua-inspired rap accompanies his walk to the ring.

Also worth noting the huge response from the London crowd when they saw their man.

Can Breazeale silence the capacity crowd?

  14. 'I am world champion and it is staying that way'published at 23:20 British Summer Time 25 June 2016

'California Love', and a few boos, greets American Dominic Breazeale as he strolls to the ring.

And how, it is the champion's turn.

A video montage appears on the screens with Anthony Joshua talking.

"It is time to come to my house, to the lion's den. I am world champion and it is staying that way," says Joshua.

    Intimidating? Just a bit.

If not Wilder, then who? Well, don't forget about David Haye.

Former WBA world heavyweight champion Haye is in the commentary booth for the fight tonight and it didn't take him long to put his name in the mix as a possible future opponent for Joshua.

Speaking to Sky Sports Haye said: "I crave the big fights and it doesn't get any bigger than AJ.

"He's doing everything right with 16 wins and 16 knockouts but I respect him. I've been a fan since he won gold at the Olympics. He's got a big following in Britain and there's big things ahead with him as a champion."

Who comes next for the winner tonight? Well, one potential opponent is a world title unification against another unbeaten American - Deontay Wilder.

He defends his WBC heavyweight title against compatriot Chris Arreola on 16 July, but will be commentating for American television tonight and is expecting a tough contest.

"I definitely see the fight as a 50-50,” said Wilder. “You’ve got two big heavyweights, and the challenger wants what the champion has, and the champion wants to keep what he has.

“We’ve seen Breazeale in a lot of wars - he’s almost been taken out by some of the smaller heavyweights, he’s been punched around, but he has always survived and he really wants it.

"Joshua has also been busted up as well, but he has kept his composure, and this fight is in his backyard among his people."

Anthony Joshua's former Great Britain team-mate and Olympic champion Luke Campbell has weighed in with his prediction...

And like Mr. T said as Clubber Lang in Rocky III, he predicts a painful ending.

However, Clubber Lang, after that bold prediction, did go on to lose his second fight with Rocky Balboa, so you never know.

  18. Watch out for an Ali shuffle from AJpublished at 23:12 British Summer Time 25 June 2016

    Ben Dirs
    BBC Sport at O2 Arena

"In Muhammad Ali's 17th pro fight, he knocked out a 30-year-old former American footballer from California called Charlie Powell. Breazeale is also 30, also a former American footballer and also from California.

"Powell fell in three, just as Ali predicted, and not many expect Breazeale to last longer. And watch out for an Ali shuffle from Joshua, he said last week he might do one in tribute."

In the build-up to the fight, American fighter Dominic Breazeale down-played Joshua's opponents, particularly Breazeale's compatriot Charles Martin, who Joshua beat to win the IBF title in April.

Breazeale, nicknamed Trouble, says he hasn't come to "lie down" like Charles Martin did.

"I think he's had it easy so far. He's got rid of a lot of his guys in the earlier rounds," added the 30-year-old American.

"But he hasn't been taken into deep waters. Do I want to see him go into uncharted territory? Of course, without a doubt. I plan on putting on some extreme pressure and taking Joshua to places he's never been. He's in for some trouble."
