We are soon going to be seeing this man, Welshman Tom Doran, aiming to cause a shock when he takes on Chris Eubank Jr with the British middleweight title on the line.

It is the biggest fight of Doran's life, and an opportunity for him to move into the big time. He seems pretty chilled out though.

Some quotes from Conor Benn, after his first round win over Lukas Radic.

"I've shown I can fight and it is about learning to box," said Benn. "By the end of the year, let's see what machine I can be."

By the way, Radic was down on the canvas for a long time after the knockout, but gladly he got back to his feet and looked to be OK.

  8. Benn claims crushing first round winpublished at 20:36 British Summer Time 25 June 2016

Nigel Benn's son Conor Benn has just secured his third professional win, a first round destruction of Lukas Radic from the Czech Republic.

Radic was floored early in the opening round after eating a left hook. He bravely got up but it only lasted seconds more.

Two lefts, a right and then a crushing uppercut from super-lightweight Benn sends Radic back down to the canvas. And that's it.

    Dillian Whyte stops Ivica Bacurin

Joshua's previous opponent Dillian Whyte  was back to winning ways against the slow and lethargic Ivica Bacurin.

Whyte battered Bacurin for six rounds with thumping body shots until a clubbing right hand made his opponent quit on his knees in round six.

But Whyte was disappointed he didn't get the job done earlier. He said: "It was alright, the guy didn't come to fight.

"I wanted a spectacular knockout and it wasn't the best so I'm a bit annoyed. But I'm getting confident again and I got the job done."

Right, how do you become champion of the world?

Luckily, IBF world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua has been at BBC Sport's headquarters recently to discuss his training regime, including his favourite core workout and his food heaven and hell.

All it takes is five poached eggs for breakfast (plus much more), eating 5,000 calories a day, and a "sneaky bit of chocolate".

Oh, and six-and-a-half hours of weight training daily. Every day.

So learn how to live like the champion by watching this video.

London 2012 Olympic bronze medallist Anthony Ogogo got his career back on track with an impressive first round win over Croatian Frane Radnic.

Ogogo, whose progress has been hampered by injury problems, took his professional record to 10-0 after an explosive display against Radnic.

The 27-year-old middleweight landed with a thunderous left before the Croatian's corner threw in the towel to save their man from further punishment.

  18. Who is Dominic Breazeale?published at 20:10 British Summer Time 25 June 2016

    Anthony Joshua v Dominic Breazeale

American Dominic Breazeale, known in boxing circles as 'Trouble', originally began his sporting career as a quarter-back in American football on a collegiate scholarship at the University of Northern Colorado.

At the age of 24, he turned to the boxing gym and became a member of the USA's boxing team for the London 2012 Olympics. He didn't go as far as gold medallist Joshua, as Breazeale was eliminated in the first round before turning professional later that year.

Like Joshua, he is unbeaten. Like Joshua, his record looks pretty damn good. Seventeen fights, 17 wins, 15 inside the distance.

Dangerous? Well, we will soon find out.

  19. Joshua's meteoric risepublished at 20:07 British Summer Time 25 June 2016

    Stunning. Thrilling. Incredible.

Pick any of the above, and it barely does justice to Anthony Joshua's professional career.

An Olympic gold medallist four years ago in London, Joshua has stormed through the paid ranks, winning a world title in only his 16th fight.

Only one man - Dillian Whyte - has taken him past three rounds, and he only lasted until round seven before he was sprawled all over the ropes and canvas wondering what day of the week it was.

Joshua ripped the IBF title from American Charles Martin in brutal fashion with a second-round mauling in April. Now one of Martin's compatriots is trying his luck.
