In terms of Jeddah atmosphere, Jeddah seems to be getting into it. It's not a bear pit like we'd have had in Manchester, it's not as boisterous or glitzy as the O2, it's more a sense of intrigue and polite applause wrapping around sporadic roars....
Prominent boxing journalist Tris Dixon doesn't care where the fight is as long as it's a good one.

Callum Smith has kept his sleeveless hoodie on and is swaying at the hips as he limbers up. He looks ready. I watched him train recently and he's a proper pro, not cutting a corner.
George Groves is stripped and ready to go. What a fighter, a man who has seen so much of what this game can bring.
He is, without doubt, a level Smith has never danced with as a pro. So what have you got Callum?
Tony Bellew's coach Dave Coldwell weighs in with his opinion.

We will run through the national anthems. Saudi Arabia first, that gets a good noise, then it's Great Britain. Callum Smith is on his knees praying in the corner.

Groves v Smith
Time for a World Boxing Super Series light show.
"Callum Smith, George Groves, the Muhammad Ali Trophy is at stake, please step into the light," comes the cry from the ring announcer. They enter the ring, here.... we.... go.
Groves v Smith
The Saint George Groves has his hood up. It's an eerie entrance to the tune of 'Feeling Good' by Muse. Then it's remixed into Prodigy 'Spitfire'.
As is his trademark, Groves bounds forward, stomping. He steps onto his podium and raises his hand, exuding dominance....
Callum Smith walks to the ring to the tune of Deacon Blue's 'Wages Day'.
He looks chilled and in World Boxing Super Series fashion, he takes his place on a podium outside of the ring. Groves will now do the same before both men are asked to step forwards into the venue for battle.
Smith v Groves
Evander 'Real Deal' Holyfield is bringing the trophy to the ring. It's a big gold one. Something between the Stanley Cup and the World Cup. It's like they've melted the two together...
Our ring MC just used the "rowdy in Saudi" line.
For that, David Diamante has won me over forever.
Groves v Smith
I'm going to be straight up with you, I rate George Groves massively. Those tough defeats to Carl Froch when he was only in his mid-twenties would have broken many.
He went to Las Vegas and lost a split call to Badou Jack, only to again come back for more.
Factor in the fact he has a super jab and the fact he knows all the tricks of the trade in the ring, I think you have a superb fighter.
Callum Smith agrees, though he thinks Groves' 30 years, defeats, dislocated shoulders and general hard rounds have put too much on the clock.
"He has had a very good career to come back from the defeats he had," Smith told BBC Sport. "He kept going and you have to respect that. But it has come at a price. It has put a lot of miles and wear and tear on his body.
"I just believe I am the younger, fresher, better man and it's my time to take his title off him and for me to sit at the top of the pile."
Groves v Smith
George Groves is a true pro. He's been there, seen it and done it. He's had a few trainers, made a few switches, seen some tricky times and yet still remains at the top of the pile.
Tonight though, the one question a few people has focuses on his left shoulder. He dislocated it in round 12 of February's win over Chris Eubank Jr. How will it hold up in a proper battle tonight?
Don't forget, his left jab is arguably the punch he's most revered for. Will it be as sharp?
He's done rehab, lots of resistance band work and only started punching when things were right - three days a week, then four, and so on. It's been gradual. Has it worked?
Here we go. But I have one question for you before we meet the fighters...

Bailey Cummings: I am not sure boxing needs a knock-out style format, sooner or later an injury will lead to a replacement and if that replacement comes into the final then the whole competition loses credibility.

The ring walks are upon us. Amir Khan has just picked Callum Smith as the "fresher" fighter and expects a points win.
The fighters are punching in their changing rooms. Pads are being smacked. This is it, just minutes to go...

Groves v Smith
George Groves has fought at Wembley Stadium, been to box in Las Vegas, won countless amateur tournaments, claimed a world title in an outdoor stadium show at Bramall Lane and yet feels this Saudi date could be the biggest yet.
"This tournament, people are very excited about it and it will become a prestigious thing to be associated with," Groves said.
"I've been in some real big fights as a professional, numerous world title fights and recently became WBA world champion and number one in the division.
"So I have to make sure I win it, stake my claim and I believe it will be the pinnacle of my career so far."
