There's utter confusion here at ringside. Is this a disqualification for Crawford?
Khan v Crawford
Utter confusion as the fight looks to be over.
Has Khan been stopped or has Terence Crawford been disqualified?
Surely it's a stoppage. Crawford doesn't look angered at all so he must know it's job done.
A bizarre conclusion. The delegates are in the ring.
Amir Khan is back on his stool, no one knows what's happening. Hopefully the referee does.
Khan v Crawford
Amir Khan is hunched over in his corner. He's taken a low blow and it hurt him.
The rules say he could have up to five minutes. He may need five hours at this pace.
As replays show, I can confirm Khan was punched in a place where no man wants to be punched...

There's more confusion from Khan. He's throwing his arms almost like a windmill whereas Crawford is judging his punches.
Crawford can make you miss and he draws Khan in for some brutal body shots, the kind that really slow you down.

Khan is having so few successes.
Khan v Crawford
Into the final 90 seconds of the fifth...
Terence Crawford, the WBO world welterweight champion, looks every inch the man of silverware and honours.
He has it all. When Amir Khan walks in he gets tagged on the counter. When the champion wants to force it he lands too. How do you stop it? What is the answer?
Into the final 10 seconds and a left hand lands on the Khan chin.
He gets to the stool and looks dejected. He's looking for answers like it's University Challenge...
Khan v Crawford
We make it to the fifth. If Amir Khan pulls this out it would be colossal from this position.
A left to the body from Terence Crawford. A jab from the champion, Khan jumps in and gets volleyed sweetly with a left hook. Crawford smothering, dominating, dictating, picking shots like cola bottles at the cinema...
Paulie Malignaggi
Former welterweight world champion on BBC Radio 5 Live
Amir went for him, he tried to take the advantage and gain some control with combinations of punches but he rushed in and didn't time them and Crawford took his time and then got right back on the aggression.
Khan v Crawford
Amir Khan knows he's in deep and he dives in, gets fresh air. They meet in the middle of the ring for the second time in this round and again it's the American driving more telling work home. He's swinging from the hips and digging those body shots in.
Commentator Mike Costello says "you really get the sense the end is nigh for Amir Khan."
The bell comes.
Khan v Crawford
Amir Khan flicks the jab but eats the jab of Terence Crawford. The Briton is tentative. He's trying so hard but he just knows any mistake brings big punishment.
Two jabs with the right hand from Crawford in the southpaw stance. They tangle in the middle of the ring and Crawford clubs to the body. He's sensing blood....
A minute to go...

Amir was starting to get some timing out of his right hand but then Terence changes stances and turns the round around. That's the paradox about fighting him.
Mike Costello

Crawford looking so confident and in command but there's a lot of panic in the work of Amir Khan.
Khan v Crawford
Terence Crawford switched southpaw with around two minutes of the third to go.
Counter right hook from the American, then a jab. Amir Khan flicks the jab but Crawford skips out of range with ease. Double jab and back hand from Crawford, gets mainly gloves. Some 20 seconds to go, edge of the seat, Crawford tags him one more time and there's the bell.
After that early knock down, Khan has done well to at least stop his ship going under. He's in with a shark here.
Khan v Crawford
A flashy start to the third from Amir Khan as a left-hook is slickly followed by a right hand. That was fast and very nice indeed...
Two minutes of the third remain.
Paulie Malignaggi
Former welterweight world champion on BBC Radio 5 Live
Khan didn't get into trouble in that round. Crawford stalks opponents very well and knows when to step back, understanding that Amir is ready to pounce.
He's not letting Amir find any range. Overall Amir can take positives and negatives but to worry Crawford he's going to have to sustain something more consistent.
Khan v Crawford
Amir Khan finishes with an attempted left hook-right hand combination.
He follows with a jab to the body. It's brave and admirable but so far, you can see who the champion is.
Crawford seems to be in third gear. He took a shot or two in that three minutes but you sense he has more to bring.
Khan v Crawford
Amir Khan will have to settle again.
He takes the middle of the ring, gets a jab going early in this second round. His senses must be scrambled like an egg in a trucker cafe.
He'd take a quiet round here and he's circling a bit, looking to evade. Terence Crawford throws a right hand which just about gets home.
Into the final minute...
