Image source, Getty ImagesMercedes came here pretty confident because they won here last year with Lewis Hamilton.
It's the sort of place where you would expect them to be quick, it's a quick circuit, temperatures are relatively cool, the tyres are not getting too much of hard work around here despite the high-speed corners.
Mercedes should be doing well here but they feel a little bit like they've lost their way as a team at the moment, they don't quite understand why the car isn't performing in the way they think it should perform.

He's been a little bit up and down and he needs to show that he can be consistent here now in this top team at Mercedes.

Kimi Antonelli improves but only to go 11th quickest, so he's still in a spot of bother.
Better from George Russell though as he goes eighth quickest and should be through.

Hamilton has now put his car into sixth place here but he was six-tenths slower than his team-mate on that lap.
