Max Verstappen is 5.9 seconds clear of Lando Norris out in front of the pack with Oscar Piastri still sitting in third place and Charles Leclerc in fourth. The shakedown of the pit stops means Alex Albon, Lance Stroll and Isack Hadjar have all reached the top 10.
The Pirelli tyres have looked better. We heard Carlos Sainz complain about his mediums a few moments ago and now other drivers are starting to notice graining as we hit 30 laps of the Italian Grand Prix.
Lando Norris is the next McLaren driver to be asked his opinion on strategy. What about throwing some soft tyres into the mix at the end and go a bit longer on this stint? The Briton is open to the suggestion.
Carlos Sainz is in eigth and struggling with his tyres. The Spaniard has also picked up a reprimand, as he failed to follow the race directors' instructions when he cut across a corner a few laps earlier.
George Russell has come into the pits. Hard tyres are on and 11th place is secured.
McLaren are chatting to Oscar Piastri about what plan he thinks will work best. The Australian is cool as ice as he agrees with his pit wall to try to go a bit longer on this stint.

The Aston Martin of Fernando Alonso is slowing down, it looks like the Spaniard has picked up a bit of damage around Ascari. This could be the 44-year-old's day over.
Kimi Antonelli has moved up to seventh with the recent pit stops but there's a nervy moment for the teenager as he cuts the corner, but avoids any pressure from another driver to swipe his position.
Max Verstappen is cruising out in front by six seconds. Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri are still trying to catch the Red Bull, with the Ferrari of Charles Leclerc in fourth.

Anon: The bias against Verstappen is staggering. He gave the place back. Sure if it had been Norris you wouldn't all be going on about penalising him further.
Fernando Alonso and Gabriel Bortoleto also head into the pits. The Spaniard is Bortoleto's manager, but he's not going to ease off just because the pair have a working relationship. Alonso swoops out of his pit box and ahead of the Sauber, taking 15th place while Bortoleto goes P16.
Red Bull throw up the bat signal for Yuki Tsunoda to come into the pits and ditch his mediums and cover off any threat from the Haas of Oliver Bearman but it doesn't work, Brit Bearman comes out ahead of the Japanese driver and is running in 18th place, with Tsunoda in 19th.
